A fun sushi place with alternatives for those people who don’t like sushi. What a brilliant idea.
Our sushi is always tasty, service is great. There is a young man who works there that doesn’t write anything down but gets it all straight, every time. Mind like a steal trap!
I enjoy their combo deal, which is 2 or 3 sushi rolls and a soup or salad. An unexpected roll I tried – sweet potato. Delish. It’s a savory roll, and way better than one would think. Crunchy salmon roll is also a fav selection.
I always get their mushroom soup with my combo on cold or rainy days. Such a warming way to start a meal.
On occasion, my dad and I will go and my mom (who doesn’t like sushi) comes along. Plenty for her to choose from, too! She got a steak and cheese last time.
We have a great time. The people are nice, the food is good, and the menu is varied to support people even without my obsession for sushi.

Great sushi joint in Frederick. I usually go to Lazy Fish for sushi, but decided to switch it up. I wasn’t disappointed. The sushi rolls we ordered came out very fast. The ingredients were fresh and tasted really good. The server was really nice and accommodating. I do wish they put out regular soy sauce on the tables. Most of the tables had low sodium soy sauce on them, which wasn’t quite enough to add flavor. But once I asked for regular soy sauce, they brought it out to us very promptly.

I had the pleasure of doing date night with my wife and it was a really pleasant experience. The food was good and we enjoyed ourselves. my wife wanted sushi amd we saw this place and decided to go and the sushi was good. The main dish we ordered took a little while to come out and I ordered Drunken Noodles with shrimp and chicken. My dish only had 3 shrimps which was very shocking so I mentioned and asked the server about it but they made it right and bought me out extra shrimp.

Comfortable atmosphere, very nice decoration.
Food served well. Great service & great value. We had hibachi steak, drunken noodles, sexy jalapeno(spicy), sushi rolls served on nice wooden ship style plates. I also enjoyed the taro smoothie (made by Kendy). It tastes very appetizing. Hopefully we can come back here someday.

Our company had our holiday lunch at Old Dominion this year and had a fabulous experience! We went at noon and they accommodated our larger group of 21 with ease! The service was awesome, especially when we order 15 sake bombs 🙂 Food came out quick and was delicious! Thanks for a great lunch!

We went for dinner with a party of five on a Sunday evening and it was really good food. The sushi was great, the staff waiting on us were really nice, and it was reasonably priced. We definitely plan on going back.

Sushi was a bit on the small side but made up for it in quality. Everyone enjoyed their food a lot. It’s nice to see tempura not covered in a ton of soggy breading (the way it’s supposed to be) Only issue was that the steamed broccoli was a bit too raw

I’ve been ordering here for about 4 years now. Never dined in, only ever picked up or had it delivered. Each and every time, the sushi is delicious. The fish and avocado are always fresh. Anytime I go to pick up (for myself and I also drive for doordash) the staff is very friendly and attentive. Definitely one of the best sushi restaurants in Maryland!

They have a large menu offering from Japanese sushi, sashimi, specialty rolls to American style burger, sandwiches, to fusion style hibachi, deep fried Oreos in tempura batter, and much more. Additionally, the bubbly tea shop adjacent to the restaurant where you can order drinks from your table.

Sashimi- fresh
Sushi’s rolls- tasty
Hibachi- used chicken breast meats, come with lots of vegetables, sauce is not overly salty
Spicy chicken wings- crispy on the outside, good flavor, can be more spicy, ranch dressing needs to be requested otherwise it don’t authentic come with.
Mochi ice cream- 2 pieces per order, good for 1 person mostly
Deep fried Oreos- comes in 5 pieces, supper addictive, can add ice cream of your choice with extra $
Mango bubble smoothie- overly sweet, too much syrup, couldn’t taste and mango flavor in it, bubbles were cooked to the right texture.

We ordered the must-try YinYang shrimp for appetizer, Tonkotsu beef ramen, eel avocado rolls and Dragon rolls for dinner today – the food was chef’s kiss (meaning 10 out of 10!) as always
The staffs take covid19 safety measurements seriously so we feel really safe whenever we dine in here during the pandemic.
We have been regular customers and will definitely come back for more delicious food from Dominion!
