I had the blue salad and was highly disappointed, the tomatoes were all flimsy and soggy like they have been frozen and defrosted, then I asked for a grilled chicken salad and they gave me the fried. The fried chicken salad comes with Zaxby’s buffalo sauce drizzled on it which made it inedible.
Regarding the restaurant, it was nice and clean, and the guy that took my order was nice. So service was ok, except they screwed up my order.

Due to a bad experience more than a year ago, I haven’t came back until today at my wife’s request. Ordered through the drive thru. Pulled up and paid the cashier fella. He gave us our drinks and that was the last of him for 25 minutes. Finally I caught his attention and he came to the window with my bag. I wasn’t going to drive off until I looked to see if everything was in the bag I ordered. Looks like they are getting better. This time I was only missing the sauces. I got his attention through the window and asked for the sauce. He said it was in the bag. One more look proved they were not. He then gave me some.
More than a year has passed since my last visit and review and still very little improvement in the quality of customer service.
Shame on me for coming back! By the time I got home, the chicken and fries were cold and the coleslaw was warm.

Ordered a five finger plate with extra fries. Barely got any fries and Mc Donald’s nuggets are bigger than these fingers. The second plate was my wife’s didn’t get her toast. I highly recommend Goldfingers in Ozark over Zaxby’s .

They switched thier chicken up and I’m never going back. I had just seen a commercial. Used to be my spot.”we got the sauce” nobody cared about the sauce. Crispy, hot, well seasoned chicken STRIPS and crispy fries , flying out the window. Things change and so do I.

We like to get the things and wings with sauce on both. Usually even after we ask for that they only put sauce on the wings. Today they actually got it right. The guy on the intercom read back our order at the intercom and at the window as well which was great bc we knew we were getting what we actually wanted.

I was yelled at when I came through the drive through (my order was an online order) because I didn’t stop at the tent to give them my name. I still don’t understand why you have to order at the tent, since you can’t even see the menu. It was the most hostile experience I have ever experienced. That lady was mean as hell. The girl at the window was very nice though. Intolerable manager. My order was done and the nice girl working the window handed it right to me. It wasn’t correct, I called the store and was told how many ounces of fries are correct for a large fry, and no apology for the wrong finger plate and wrong sides. I was told my name was written down. I don’t dare go back to collect my correct order. I was literally terrified of the “manager”
