7:00 Sept 1. As we walked in we could see the patio was a mess. It’s Labor Day and it was probably busy so I can understand that. Walking in though, it was just as much of a mess. There was a single person eating and someone who just ordered. The counters were covered with extra utensils, the tables were dirty, floors were dirty. No music or any sound besides the kitchen. The guy who took our order was nice. I ordered chili cheese fries as my side. We find out probably 10-15 minutes after ordering and paying that they are out of chili. I said bacon cheese fries were okay. We had to sit outside because we had our dog with us. My boyfriend’s burger was cold and tots were piping hot. The bun on his burger was hard and he just plain didn’t enjoy his meal. My burger was fine. My cheese fries ended up being a glob of cheese fries that you couldn’t get apart. The fries weren’t seasoned and were super bland. I almost got the chicken bacon ranch fries and I’m glad I didn’t. Last night and today my boyfriend feels like garbage after eating there. Needless to say, we won’t be back. We were willing to overlook the mess because of the holiday and maybe they were short staffed, who knows. But everything that transpired, no. Sorry to say, we won’t be back.
Update: I messaged the email like I was asked to and was never contacted again. Terrible customer service. It’s obviously an automatic response.

Honestly an incredibly mediocre experience, especially considering the price.
I’m strongly of the opinion that if a burger can’t stand on its own without extra stuff, then it’s a bad burger. It was a very bad burger, lacked seasoning, the meat was overcooked and dry, the cheese in the curds was some how grainy.
And something was severely wrong with the milkshake. It had this sickly sour note to it, and I’m laying here in my hotel room feeling like I’m going to throw up.
Don’t go here, go to the Wendy’s instead.

Super solid burger we split the Cajun. $10 for a burger this good is definitely a value. I will definitely be back. The burger was juicy and had a great mouth feal. It wassent over saused. I would pay a bit more for better baccon. Really a good burger all around though if you do like burgers you should get one here.

My work associates wanted to help me with a meal, following a medical emergency that I experienced. Door Dash delivered our order from Wayback Burgers, splattered it on the stairs of our deck while we had our outside light on, sitting inside, 10 feet from our front door, no knock, and 15 degrees outside. I called Wayback just to let them know what happened. I was not calling to blame, no unkind words, just a call to let them know about the experience, but the conversation, after Hello, went like this- ‘You’ll have to call Door Dash. We can’t do anything about that. You need to call Door Dash.” With that conversation I will never eat there or take my friends there. That one sided conversation spoke volumes about the staff.

Perfect stop after hiking all day. The smell alone of grilling burgers is wonderful. Great signature burger menu, and they were open to customizing it just the way I wanted it. Service was kind and patient. We’ll be back to Wayback!

The good… The woman who took our order was nice. She even helped us (party of 6) order and told us about some upcoming events.
The not so good… Our food took 30+ minutes to get to the table and by the time it did, it was all cold. We ate it any way because we were starving and didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes. No heads up about the wait time at the beginning and no apologies at the end. Seemed as if the priority was taking new orders and not ensuring food gets to customers in a timely fashion. Also, the bathroom was pretty grimy.
The woman was the only one taking orders and delivering them to tables so we tried to have some grace for her but it was a poor experience overall. Not sure if I’ll try this place again.

Smallest burger in town. Disappointing when you’re expecting what they advertise all over the joint. I mean you can’t even see the green chile! It was there…I think… maybe they gave me ghost peppers.
Bring sani-wipes for what ever table you choose. We couldn’t find a clean one. So, we cleaned our own in hopes the burger would make up for the mess… no luck.

I love to eat at this place. Ever since they brought the eight dollar box I eat there constantly it doesn’t matter if the chicken tenders the burger or the chicken sandwich they’re all delicious.
I’ve never tried the grilled chicken sandwich, but it’s on my list of things to try next time I go there.
The shakes are really good. I thought the chili cheese fries were OK.

The food here is quite good. We enjoyed the shakes so much. Everying fried was just a little under done but the Mac and cheese bites were really good. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was delicious but the bun and breading fell apart really easily. Overall a great burger spot!

Love this place. Fresh smashed flavorful burger. I’ve been in half a dozen times and everything fresh and tasty every time. I get the single with just grilled onions and Mayo. Never disappoints. The cheese curds crispy. Wonderful with the homemade NO Beans ( ) chili. And don’t get me started on the red velvet cupcake shake
