Visited the Viera store located in Walmart. The greeting was pleasant. Ordered an Original Philly and fries. I have been to Philly and had the original, and honestly, this is nothing like it. HOWEVER, this was a delicious sandwich. Bread was fresh and soft, plenty of meat and perfect amount of toppings. The fries were bland. Regular fries have no seasoning, including salt. But they provided ketchup without asking. The total time from order to serving was 2 mins 48 sec. The store was clean but not overwhelming. But, you can watch them prepare your meal. Overall a good experience and a good meal. Worth a visit

Me and my family came in and ordered sandwiches,fries, and milkshakes and every single thing was disappointing… The service was awful the young lady had an attitude the entire time even the cook was giving us an ugly look the whole time. One of the sandwiches had brown lettuce, we received whole green peppers …not cut, and none of our sandwiches were cut. Our milkshakes tasted like water. The phillys tasted awful and the fries were unseasoned,soggy, and cold almost like they had been sitting there premade for some time We each spent 20+ on our meals just to take only one bite of each thing. For some reason our ranch was warm too. We all have an awful feeling in our stomach.. couldn’t image if we ate our whole meals… I hate leaving bad reviews, but every single part of our experience here was awful….

I ordered from instacart what they brought me was total disappointment. They brought me a small sub look like it was a hot dog bun it fell completely apart when I picked it up the toppings didn’t taste bad but it was just a soggy mess and I had fries with that and that was a soggy mess too so I probably won’t be ordering again considering the amount of money I spent for this disaster !

It was OK. Ordered 10 wings, half Buffalo half BBQ. Of course they gave me all Buffalo. Didn’t bother to go back and tell them. Buffalo sauce this time seemed to lack the spiciness. Got a side of celery and guess they gave me what they had left as they were all small. Last time I was there it was under different management and they seemed to have their act together. This time looked like new management, Indian/Middle Eastern.

First off the lady in the collared shirt I assume was the manager was on her phone texting with gloves on…..and rolled her eyes when we asked for simple requests. Only positive part of our experience was the Mozz sticks. Wings dry and not even hot, warm at best. Other employee who took our order just pointed at the screen when we asked questions. First & last time here.

First time trying this place. Ordered the Bacon 3 CheeseSteak & fries with cheese. The cheesesteak was really good, very filling, and the fries were also hot and fresh. My only issue was the cheese is from a Can, not shredded. Other then that, was $15. I’d recommend this place for a good lunch anytime
