Under new ownership!! Very friendly staff, clean and inviting. My favorite feature is the pricing , the owner hasn’t passed on the overhead increases to the customer! The prices are the lowest in Baltimore County. The quality of his products are excellent. I go out of my way for great service and quality food/ desserts . Mango gelati and 4 flavor flights are my favorites. This location is highly recommended and your suggestions for improvement are appreciated!

The custard was not made correctly resulting in an unpleasant and gritty texture, essentially inedible. It did not melt and dissolve but created weird chunks in your mouth..
I had to scoop my custard off 2 gelatis and my sister could only eat the chocolate part off her custard twist….. the vanilla was all inedible and gross. Unfortunate. Waste of my money

I’ve never had a bad experience. Today my granddaughter and I stopped to get our usual quart of italian ice. The only problem was we demolished it. We ordered half swedish fish and half mango. Umm um good!!!!

I wasnt gonna put up a review the first time i came but this my second experience and im pissed…. Why is the italian ice melted?? The first time i came it wasn’t ready but the girl right after she went and got after a few minutes and it was very loose like a snowball… this time around i come back and its the same… the top was like a snowball abd it was so messy i had to wipe the cup off before getting in the car after the girl kept wiping it first because it was so watery when she put the ice cream on top it started overflowing. Then i had to go back for more napkins because it kept overflowing and i asked one of the girls if its always like that and she said it’s because its a hot day…. Idk thats why i never asked for another gelati i still just ate it but the middle was all juice to the point it mixed with the ice cream on its own…. Smh

Went to get icee. The man at the front is so rude going to tell me he didn’t have change for a 20 and I need to move out his way so he can serve other customers. That’s not good customer service skills. At all if I could rate a 0 I would.

Not too many water ice flavor options compared to other Rita’s. They don’t sell soft pretzels, either, which others usually do. Lack of parking spots. Seems like an old Rita’s.

Poor customer service! I bought 2 quarts of Black Cherry Ice for the family… We did not eat any until the next day. It was too sweet, and had no fruit. I took the remainder 1.5 quarts back to this location where I purchased it. Owner refused to issue replacement for ice. Claiming it was 2 days later and too late. It’s just business he says, Although, he said he remembers me, he would not replace the ice. I told him he just lost a customer. Not a good way to start a new business.

I don’t go to Rita’s too often, so when I seemed unsure of what to get a couple days ago, the worker there humored me. He was super friendly when he suggested I get a pina coloda misto shake with vanilla custard. Might I add it was incredibly hot that day, I was fresh off the clock, but the shake was absolutely delicious, exactly what I needed! The two men on shift were truly, very kind to me, and because I didn’t have any cash on me to tip, the man whom I presumed to be the owner asked if I could leave a review, instead. Awesome crew, would definitely come again!
