The chicken bacon ranch sandwich is soooooooo good. However, the should absolutely REMOVE the greek yogurt from the smoothies. It ruins the whole smoothie and makes it taste cheap and only like yogurt. I got three of the main smoothies to test this, the strawberry banana, mango, and strawberry. The mango and strawberry tasted ONLY like yogurt. While the strawberry banana tasted only like bananas. I was craving a fresh and fruity smoothie and this did not satisfy it.

Sorry if this review is as long as my wait at the drive thru. In the hopes that someone sees this review and can make some changes to the drive thru process at this location. Was it a busy time to go? Yes. 5:15 on a Friday. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru, I had made it to the window. 8 minutes after that I saw her get my 2 drinks. Then onto the soup. It was gone. The girl working the drive thru then goes in the back to get more. Another 7 minutes to get 2 orders of soup in bowls and then the sandwich. I received my food, said thank you with a smile and she apologized for the wait. I’ve worked in food service before. I was always told if your handling money you do not deal with the food. This poor girl is running around doing the job that someone else should be doing. Expediting. She should take the money and make the drinks. She should have a team behind her getting the soup and sandwich into the bag for her. She should not be doing everything, while what looked to be the manager, was standing in one spot the whole time talking and laughing. All while there is a long line of vehicles outside. 40 some minutes for 2 bowls of soup, 2 drinks and a sandwich $39. Usually there is bread in the bag for the soup. Not this time. We’re they out of bread? Bread is literally the name of your business.

Bacon Turkey Bravo was soggy.
I chose apple as a side and was given a moldy apple.
Iced Mocha Latte tasted like water w/ whip cream stirred in. Looks nothing like the advertised picture. 0/10 would not recommend this specific Panera chain here in hudson. Look elsewhere.
Edit: Just realized the veggies in my Bacon Turkey Bravo was also expired/moldy & got food poisoning. Another reason why you should not come to this place specifically.

This place is the bees knees. The manager is phenomenal, I think her name was christana- super cool, super funny, super fresh. Food was great too- shoutout to whoever made it. 10/10 sandwich was great, service was even better. Vibes.

Panera has consistently good food, which is what makes it so hard to write this review. Unfortunately, in the last two months, I’ve experienced three instances where my “curbside” order has been sitting in the pickup shelf (once it was behind the counter even), and after waiting over 10 minutes each time, I have had to retrieve the order myself. Over the summer, I had many smooth instances of curbside pickup. I’m not sure what happened but this fall, every time I’ve checked in, I’ve received an email that says “we’ll see you soon!” only to have to go inside and find my food myself. One morning I went in only to feel like I’d interrupted the conversation going on behind the counter. When they finally asked what I wanted and I mentioned I had been waiting curbside, they went, “oh, your order’s right here” and handed it to be from behind the counter. So unless you want to wait in your car while your food gets cold on a counter inside, I’d skip that option. Maybe Panera should turn that feature off until they figure out how to use it. Or maybe the staff just needs to double check the receipt before orders end up on a shelf. Either way, I won’t be back for a while, and I kind of feel like I should get a refund on all the tips I keep leaving, hoping next time will be different.

Full size chicken salad sandwich barely has enough chicken to top one quarter of the bread. I understand there are supply chain issues but I’ve had other items that don’t disappoint. We are loyal customers. Please make this right.

I have been going to Panera for 20 years. Their food used to be so fresh and amazing. Now it is terrible. I always loved the Bacon Turkey Bravo. The last time I had it the bread was frozen still. The quality of the food is not what it used to be. I miss the great food that this chain used to serve.
