Placed a doordash order at 10:07. Its 10:31 and dasher is STILL waiting for my order.
Update: all three $7 paninis barely warmed, not toasted.
*Response to the owner – it is not a dasher issue. It was a Starbucks issue. My dasher waited over half an hour. All 3 paninis were not cooked. Major fail.

I frequent this Starbucks and have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars here. I stopped by to use the restroom because of a feminine health emergency and was told that I couldn’t use the restroom by the young girl with brown hair unless i make a purchase. I will never spend my money here again. Imagine telling someone to their face that they have to suffer and not use the restroom. What a terrible policy Starbucks.

Been coming here for nearly 10 years, the coffee is consistent, the food is good. The best and friendliest staff ever! And one of the few still out there that still have a sit down area. I feel fortunate to have it near my where I live.

The FEMALE with the short hair wouldn’t let my 2 year old pee without making a purchase. I would’ve gladly made one but she insisted on making one before using the bathroom. Hopefully this location is on the list of Starbucks that will be shutting down.

Rude service ask for almond milk in my matcha latte not almond I can taste the dairy no stickers with ingredients like usual first time at the Starbucks never coming back lady at window was super passive didn’t even allow us to scan for points till I asked did not drink my latte out $5 what a waste there a better friendlier Starbucks in Sacramento Citrus Heights to early for nonsense.

Don’t think for a second your food will look how it does in their menu! I know all their food is pre-made and ready to pop into the toaster over.. but I haven’t had food THIS bad from Starbucks. This bacon is minute microwave bacon…
On the plus size I got a size bigger than what I ordered for no extra charge. So I guess it’s a wash.

I come here almost 4 times a week to study and the workers are so polite. They are hilarious and extremely kind. Even when they’re dealing with middle school students who are disrespectful they still manage to keep the atmosphere pleasant. Special thanks to them for the experience 🙂
