Apparently they didn’t want to serve me. Not a single person spoke to me. The manager sit in her office knowing I was in front counter and actively ignored me. I waited about 5 mins without being spoken to before leaving. Doubt I’ll ever go back. The night shift manager named Misty shouldn’t work in customer service because when I called she wanted to argue with me and tell me she spoke to me. This place is garbage. Worst kfc ever. Also, not the first time my service was poor there. Franchise owner, if you read this, Misty is costing you money. Do whatever you want with that info.

10-2019. A clean Restaurant with Friendly service. Food fresh. Returned March 2022.totally different store. KFC buffet is no longer available. But you can still get free refills if you eat inside. ONLY 4 PEOPLE eating inside. We were the first to order when we walked inside and got 2 chicken sandwich combo meals drink. $7.99 a combo. My only complaint was we had to wait about 15 minutes to get the order to our table. But once at the table everything was fresh and delicious. So that’s my review four an a half to 5 stars.

This place seemed a little disorganized when I came in for lunch. I had trouble getting the right meal order. In the end everything worked out and the manager let me get the more expensive meal, but did not change me. Thank you for that. They seemed to be out of several different types of chicken. I was originally told it would be 11 minutes to cook more chicken. Once I got my meal, everything was good. The food tasted good. This KFC also had a lunch buffet that is all you can eat. I might try this next time. Everything is already made and ready to eat.

Just left there. Food was fresh and great customer service. Very friendly and efficient staff. I had a pretty big order and they handled it perfectly. Will definitely be back.

Just watched 20 minutes for a 16 piece chicken tender meal $58. They gave it to someone else. Then wanted us to wait another 10 minutes for the order. Didn’t offer a refund. Had to ask to be refunded. Asked as if we had made a mistake ordering with receipt in hand. Will NOT Be Back! 3 times bad service.

Waited 5+ minutes inside, no one took our order. Saw the drive thru was moving quickly, got in line. When we got to the speaker box no one said anything, after another 5 + minute wait I said “hello”. Voice in the box said the inside was busy, I would have to wait until they got them caught up….we left.

Fairly good. Cashiers were friendly and helpful. Had to wait a few minutes for chiccken legs ( no problem ) & the servers were very apologetic. I appreciated that very much. That is the kind of employees that make your dining experience more pleasurable. The restrooms were clean.

They were out of several items. There were 5 people in our group so we were not expecting to have to wait so long and the rest of us have our food. My aunt wanted a pot pie but they didn’t have any ready and said it would be 10 minutes so she ask for crispy chicken and they were out, so original it was! Then my sister ordered behind her and they were out of original!!
