Personal pet peeve with most Dunkins. There’s a line that they are supposed to fill your coffee to. They consistently and in my opinion purposely don’t fill to the line. I think they are aware of the $ they say by taking advantage of customers little by little.

I’ve genuinely never had a good experience at this Dunkin. I understand most Dunkins are hit or miss, but this Dunkin has quite literally never hit. And I’ve give them plenty of chances. The coffee taste like dish water, I don’t trust that they’re putting in the right flavorings and their food is always cold. I don’t even understand how someone can make coffee that’s this bad. Genuinely avoid this Dunkin at all cost. You’re better off at Wawa.

Always a bad experience. If the workers aren’t rude, the donuts are stale. Thank god Wawa is right down the road their individually wrapped donuts are always fresh.

It’s extremely frustrating when I buy Dunkin every day, but have to get inconsistent service or products from select locations. It never fails, this dunkin serves nasty cold soggy and tastes like Freon muffins!
I asked even; “r they fresh do they have sugar and golden crisp to them!?” And of course the associate LIES! I guess we will say anything to complete a sale?
Gross. Dissatisfaction. Inconsistency. Make better muffins, or don’t make them at all-I mean the country runs on Dunkin-we deserve better, especially being as loyal as we are, day in and day out. Worst part is I couldn’t afford my muffin today, so now I wasted my money? Do u think I qualify for refund since I technically asked before purchase about the freshness of muffin? get real!? This is by far not what they should b served like. It’s capable of a golden sugary delight top. Not a soggy cold compacted-poor tasting pile of dough

Absolutely terrible! I went this morning and my drink had something green and gross at the bottom of it and the little particles were floating around in it! Looks like mold but not too sure. This Dunkin is so gross and the workers are extremely rude! The lady at the drive thru always rolls her eyes when I tell her she forget to hand me part of my order and I have to walk in to get just to get the drink slammed in front of me! If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Very very disappointed ☹️

They spared me one small bacon slice on a $7 sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go to the local spots first like ry’s bagels or twp bagel. For the same price they’ll give you the bacon and sausage your paying for.

The worse ever, I searched for A Dunkin closest to me while traveling in glassboro and this popped up and I immediately went but didn’t realize the reviews were so bad and just saw why! The lady at drive thru Seemed not to care about our order and it was wrong! She tried to fix but yet drink was still wrong and food was horrendous! I told her the sandwich she gave us was burned and she said that’s how our toaster is but I’ll do it again! She seemed not to care and gave us a cold sandwich which she supposedly put in the toaster!

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning excited to get their breakfast because I am back in town visiting my family. (I haven’t had Dunkin’ Donuts in so long) And what a disappointment it was. I got a bagel and side of hash browns and the bagel tasted a bit like cardboard and the hash browns, well they just aren’t what they used to be taste wise and quantity. They literally gave me 6 measly hash browns. What a shame, I guess I won’t be coming back this location. Hopefully the one in Washington township has better quality.

absolutely disgusting. the workers there are some of the rudest people ive came into contact with on multiple occasions. from attitudes not ordering quick enough for them, to giving me two different prices at the screen and at the window… giving me nasty attitude when i kindly ask them why my price is different at the window. the food tastes freezer burnt & the coffee is watered down. please do not go here. it’s awful.
