Ordered $50 in food for my kids. They was hungry after going to the park so I picked up some sonic, thinking it was convenient….got home and they only put the sides in the bag. All 3 kids are now crying because they want to eat and is ready to eat. I have to put them all back in their car seat and turn back around to get the burger portion since we was only given sides. It’s my fault I didn’t check the bag but you would have thought everything is in the bag if it was brought out to you. Not to mention the burger that was received was cold and by the time we got home everything was cold. Took few bites and threw it in the trash. This the 2nd time this location messed up on my order. Like how do you forgot to give someone the main portion of the meal? Not to mention this location card reader didn’t work and they had to bring my card inside to pay for the meal. That was kinda weird . Anything could have happen while my card was not in my possession. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

I went there with my family very excited to try out the new steak grilled cheese. But what I got was a regular steak sandwich on regular plain white bread, not texas toast, no grilled cheese. I could have made this at home. Very disappointing.

My daughter found a bread tie in her burger spoke to the manager and she didn’t seem to care. All she could say “ and is your daughter ok” poor service and poor management could of handle it a lot better .

I had to pay a medical bill at lunch today…at a place that regularly screws up my account. I have to pay in person to make sure my account is credited and I don’t get sent to collections. It is stressfull. So on the day I pay this bill, I treat myself to Sonic and stress eat delicious fast food in my car. The Sonic on 8th has great service and the ladies who work the lunch shift are really nice. Today, I had the #5 Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster. It even had an onion ring in it! I rounded lunch out with tots and a Sprite. Eating my feelings of powerlessness and frustration was so satisfying. But I had to hang out of my window to reach the order button. Did the whole menu thing get jacked up a few feet? I know this is Texas and nearly everyone drives a truck…but don’t forget about us short people in cars. I’ll bring a stick with me next time so I can reach the call button!

This visit was my very first time eating at this sonic drive in at 1810 east 8th street odessa texas the wait was to long, the food was horrible not made the way I ordered it at all, I called to speak with a manager about it and they said they would replace the whole order they also said it would be honored for a few day’s until I could go back. when I showed up with receipt in hand I asked to speak with a manager in person. the person who took my order on the original visit wanted to see my receipt he went inside then came back out with older gentleman that person was the owner he didn’t want to talk about anything yelled at me and told me to leave the property I do not understand why he was beeing this way and I left. I recomend that nobody eat at this sonic ever. it was horrible….

I was literally just told they don’t do bags of ice anymore since everyone has been low on ice. So now we’re in an ice shortage? That’s got to be the dumbest crap I’ve ever heard. Your ice machine either makes it or it doesn’t. Not to mention the fact if I ordered to 10 cups of ice it would literally be no different. Stupid people get places no business.

I had my order come out reasonably slow but they were shorthanded. Me and the manager had a few words but she was respectful and handled it with complete style of management that many places need her name was liz good job Liz and I will be coming back. Great to see there still a good workforce that cares.
