Pad Thai is one of my favorites and I’ve tried it at places all over the East Coast. This one was a bit bland and dry for my personal tastes. There wasn’t the acidity or sweetness mix I expected. The pork rolls were good, the chili sauce was excellent for them! There was a great brightness and zing to it. The portions were a good value. Maybe I’d try another dish next time or just get the rolls.

Located in the Silos, there is plenty of seating and live entertainment (depending on when you go, that is) to make a great evening out.
Our first time trying Raya’s. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions about the menu items.
We started with the fried tofu appetizer. It was good the sauce is what makes this item.
Next was my favorite, the Moo Ping or grilled pork with the slightly spicy jaew sauce. I’m not a spicy food person, and this was just right with the flavor/heat area.
Next was a special for that night, Pad Thai shrimp. That was good, too, especially the noodles it came with.
We also tried the Fried Tofu bowl. Again, the jaew sauce makes this dish. I would get the bowl option again, but I would try it with one of the proteins they offer.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll be back!

Had the chicken Pad Thai. Wanted a bit spicy but they said ” sauce on side only”. The dish had almost NO flavor and the chili sauce in the cup on side was not good. So I ate bland noodles. I will say that the grilled chicken on top was good, but a very scant portion. Staff was not friendly at all and it took about 30 mins for food. Others in my party who ordered from other food stalls there at Silos were almost done with their meals by the time i got my food. Seems like they must do big take home business because there were no others ordering at the trailer so it shouldn’t have taken that long. Was not impressed and would not go back.

So happy to have them in Easley! Delicious food and generous portions. My favorite so far have been the shrimp pad Thai, spring rolls, and the pork skewers. Everything freshly made!

I’ve visited Raya’s Hot Kitchen 3 times since Oct 19th. It’s located at the Silos in Easley it’s a very cute area. I was told by my brother that it was a good spot for food. Moving to SC I really haven’t found a place that had measured up to the Thai and Vietnamese places I had in the past. After being introduced to Raya’s Hot Kitchen I’m beyond happy I literally couldn’t ask for anything better. Just make sure you can handle heat because, they can bring the heat. The people that work there are very nice, kind and they actually make you feel like you mean something to them. It’s a good feeling knowing you’re getting good food and amazing service. Trust 10 out of 10 I’ll be seeing them again.

This wasn’t my first time at the Silos, but the first time I had Raya’s Chicken Pad Thai. AMAZING!!! There was WAY too much for me to eat. Four of my friends got the Shrimp and loved it as well. 100% recommend.

5 out of 5 out of 5 out of 5 stars. This place is conveniently located in the heart of Easley just outside of the silos. It’s hip and it’s new. The train car style restaurant and quick friendly service make this place a MUST VISIT! The food is spicy, only if you want It to be and has very wallet friendly prices. I’ve had Indian food before, but this absolutely takes the cake. Authentic flavors and is just a masterpiece. The dining area is that of the silos brewing company (see review for more info on the silos). Go get you some and experience the amazing for yourself!

Extremely consistent good food, make sure to ask for the fried egg when ordering the Thai basil pork… it’s such a good combination! Pad Thai is done wonderfully and savory. Atmosphere here is amazing with the seats and TV, beer etc… great for the family to enjoy the many different selections offered. I drove an hour just to dine here and experience the Thai food as well as the Silos has to offer. Definitely recommend .

Excellent flavors and freshness. All marinades and sauces are made in house. Must try their spring rolls and Thai tea, also homemade.
