This is the second time I was given the wrong icecream shake. I ordered a nestle crunch shake and they gave me a twix or something with very hard carmel in it.I tried to call them for over an hour and no one answers the phone. They have a bunch of young kids working there and on several visits I observed them fooling around and not really paying attention to what they are doing. Darlene

Bruster’s offers a wide variety of flavors and I’ve loved everyone I’ve tried. The only negative aspect is that folks in the cars ahead of us in the drive thru lane take more time to decide which one they’d like the most…time well spent waiting! One of the nicest services they provide are FREE doggie cups, including dog biscuits!

Be prepared to wait however the ice cream is worth it. It appears that they have more workers taking care of the drive through than at the counter. Ordered a medium waffle cone with pistachio, cheesecake and buckeye ice cream. All the flavors tasted fresh and the perfect amount of sweetness. I will definitely be back to try more.

Absolutely delicious!! We drive past two local ice cream shops and a half hour over a bridge because of Bruster’s drive thru, the friendly staff, the high quality of ingredients and the overall awesome ice cream flavors and superb presentation!! The Cadillac of ice cream is here but at the economical prices you want!! Yummmmmmmm!! Definitely need to try all the new flavors!

Stopped at Brusters with my husband– always a treat for an afternoon pick up during running errands-‘ had the pumpkin pecan which was delicious and my husband had strawberry which he enjoyed
I like the outdoor seating which reminds me of an ice cream place we used to go to where we used to live
I do wish they would have Black Raspberry all year as it is my favorite and absolutely delicious. It is a year round flavor where we come from and I am sure it could be here.

That ice cream here is very good, but I still prefer Cold Stone or Baskin-Robbins. I often go to this location because it’s closer and more convenient. I still very much enjoy it. I love their strawberry shortcake in the summer and wish they had it year round. At least I can get a strawberry sundae all year. Yummy!

The ice cream was the perfect consistency, not too hard and not too soft. Perfectly sweet and creamy! The waffle cone was fresh and crunchy with a bit of pliability. Would highly recommend this well run ice cream shop. Tables are available around back and keep an eye out for coupons!
