Panda Express is my first American Chinese fast food chain (I just recently moved from Bali, Indonesia). What can I say? I’ve been here almost once every week, they always stuff your box to the fullest, great food and always have limited menu which I like to try everytime I come here. Beijing beef, honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken are definitely my trio go-to (and when they have the spicy orange chicken)

Our young grandson introduced us to Panda. Since then I’m we go on a regular basis when we want quick service and good food. Good variety of choices, freshly cooked. A change of pace from fast food burgers. You won’t be disappointed.

The sign inside reads ” American Chinese Quisine.” That it is, so don’t look for authentic Chinese food. To me, everything was too sweet, hiding the veggie and meat flavors. But it was fast, inexpensive, and filling. Typical American cuisine. The staff was accommodating. This is not a buffet. Pick your main entrée and side. There is not a lot of vegan choice, just the sides. Dishes were beef, chicken, or shrimp based. Perhaps tables need to be cleaned more often as most are large and you may share a table with others. If you want fast, cheap, and filling, it’s a good place.

Ordered the family style meal. Got home to find the boxes weren’t even filled up all the way. For what you pay you’d think you’d get your money’s worth. Complained online to Panda Express and still haven’t heard from anyone in management.

I have been consistently picking up food from this Panda Express for over 3 years and have always had a lovely experience, but I have to state that tonight’s encounter with their staff while trying to pick up an online order with some of the most rude and dismissive behavior I’ve ever experienced from staff. This will seriously make me reconsider using this store based on the fact that I was made to feel uncomfortable while asking what was taking my order so long after I had placed it over 30 minutes before online.

We did an online order that took 30 minutes, the place was disgusting, management in question to be honest. Restaurant was dirty, bathrooms dirty. We customers shouldn’t do business with places that keep places like this. Corporate should truly do regular inspections to locations.

Went in a full hour before they closed and they were out of one of their limited side options amd refused to make more. Several entree options were also empty and they were not cooking more of anything meanwhile syaff was tanding around in the kitchen with arms crossed having personal conversations. What are you going to serve for the next hour? Ended up leaving empty-handed since the only side option was dried-out looking rice.
