We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes even though we were the only customers there. The girl working on the drive thru couldn’t take our order when we first pulled up because her phone was more important. Once we pulled up and she finally put her phone down to open the window for us, they told us they had to make our order because they didn’t have fries already cooked (which they would’ve known to make 5 mins prior, had we been able to say that we had a mobile order). But instead we were told to look at the menu while she looked at TikTok. I learned my lesson next time I’ll just cook, I’ll get the food faster

This is the ONLY KFC that I have or would rate this well! I honestly did not want to eat here, because of past experiences of other locations over the years. This place is trendy looking, clean, staff friendly, and our entire meal was great! The size of pieces were better than expected. The coleslaw was like it’s supposed to be! Delicious! The ONLY negative thing, and this is personal choice, is they only serve honey now with biscuits without a choice of butter, due to the fact they are made with butter on them.

Food cold asked for replacement got, terrible service, the black gentleman, that’s being nice was rude, practically yelling at me. The chicken was the wrong chicken was put in register wrong as original, ordered extra crispy, we were inside ordering by the way, Mac n cheese was so watery could see through it. Coleslaw was the best. And the cherry on top the soda machine and tea was covered in mold, noticed after we already drank some. And staff in a night gown. NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN

Amazing! Fresh, tasty, juicy chicken. The place is clean and well maintained. Be ready to wait at least 15 minutes for them to prepare a new batch but it’s worth it. I got the 2 pcs mashed potato and biscuit for $6.

I just went to this KFC and spent $40 on two buckets of chicken and two sides and I’ve got to say the most rudest people in my life I’ve ever met no customer service like seriously need to have more friendly people and more customer service if I’m going to spend that much money at your restaurant than that at the restaurant

I’ve had bad experiences the last three times I went to this place! So I can understand all the bad reviews. Also, they need to change everyone out over there or get a new owner who can get better vetted people. So sad! I used to love KFC.

Horrible experience today . We waited over 15 -20 minutes on the drive through no one would answer the PA system left my car to go inside they said they did not know there were cars on line which was a lie the lady ahead of my car went in to notify that they where waiting for someone to take their order 8 m before I went in I was stuck for over 24 minutes because there where other cars behind me . It is unacceptable for the staff to have the customer waiting that long and there no way to get around if you want to leave very disappointed…. too bad they losing customers bad experience with KFC today .

I love KFC, but I wish they had the service that Chicfila has. Maybe 10 vehicles there and 4 cars are waiting for food outside, including myself. Granted, it only was for about 5 minutes it just makes me wonder if they did have a rush of like 20 or 30 cars. How could they manage to keep up? I feel like it’s always been like this, though, at pretty much every KFC. Anyways, the new saucy nuggets are legit, and I love them! Please don’t take them away.

I ordered from the app a 3 piece tender meal. Clearly the biscuit has downsized to half and the 3 tenders were the size of Burger King’s chicken fries which clearly downsized at least half the sized but one thing never changed…the cost at $11. Felt it was a slap in the face and won’t be back to that location for sure.
