Extremely disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. I ordered a mango pineapple lemonade refresher for my son and requested no ice because he had dental work done. I was told it couldn’t be done, agreed to light ice, and still received a cup that was over an inch short and filled with ice. When I spoke to the supervisor, they refused to fill the cup and said that’s all they would give me.
My son is autistic with OCD and would not accept the drink unless it was full. As a result, he cried the entire drive home. I come here 3–5 times a week, but after this lack of empathy and customer service, they’ve lost my business.

Had a last minute order for my daughter’s birthday. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Had everything ready on time and order was made to perfection. This is my go to Dunkin. I live in NPR and work in Palm Harbor. So I pass plenty of Dunkins on my route. This is the best one by far.

I would like to add one more thing there is another young lady who works here in this location. I don’t know her name, but she has a nice brown complexion always wears a hat and has curly black hair . She’s usually on food or does the drive-through sometimes if anyone in corporate sees this, they need to make her the manager and give her a raise. She is always very nice. Has the best customer service I would give the current manager’s Lisa Or whatever her name is give Lisa’s role to that other young lady. You obviously have the wrong person in the role of manager and it’s reflected in the reviews. This location has.

This is the 2nd time i have pulled in to get a cofee and they are closed before 8pm over 10 minutes till 8 and they are shut down. I was able to leave and drive to the holiday location and recieved my cofee from there all still before 8pm

Older, stubby, Female worker with the short, gray bob has a very nasty demeanor about herself & you can tell she hates her job.
I was there for a pickup & I saw my order so I verified myself to her & she cut me off before I could finish talking, she attempted to talk over me, cutting me off in a nasty way, creating a hostile environment as I haf to cut her short for interrupting me so rudely.
Anyone could have picked up my food and all they had to do was say that they were me. I would never recommend this location to anyone that is there for pickup, because your food may be stolen. And the store will allow it by a nasty manager that works there

It’s bad when you spend your gas and then spend $20 plus you are clear of what you want, and my two favs there are only two when I eather one go drive threw go in and they always already know what I want and rest there they should to because i/we go there 3-4 times day at over $20 %90 of time but morel of story is I pay for 3 large ice coffees on 10/19 and got home coffee was burnt and was not at all what I wanted shouldn’t have to say numerous times what I want if ya already know because i/we come there 3-4 times day n get same everytime so be it the 3 or 5 we get on the regular all time but waisted money because didnt drink first three so had go back and get 3 more n this ain’t only time it’s happened like 10 times I can count myself but big cudos to our only 2 favs there you’s rock bless

everything is amazing unlike the people at the Crystal Beach location, this location has great customer service a great atmosphere and everybody is so talkative and kind quicker and good communication and always helping the customer figure out what to get. This is my favorite location.

Decided to grab some bagels with cream cheese.
The bagel was lukewarm not toasted and the amount of cream cheese was an ABSOLUTE joke. Ended up throwing it away.
