I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel. I got home and had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. When I came back to get the correct sandwich they told me I had to purchase another one. I said if I ordered one thing and got another thing, why would I pay for the corrected sandwich? Why would I go home and come back with the sandwich. I spoke with the manager, the manager said would you like a refund and then we ring up the correct order. I said yes that will be fine. They took the card that I used for the meal and left. Another lady came to the window and told me that I had to get out my car and go to the front window. I said I’m not doing that. I’m in the drive through for a reason. The lady said it’s a line behind you. I said I will drive around. When I drove back around they had my card and still haven’t rectified the situation and told me to drive around again. I said what is going on, y’all are holding on to my bank card, give me my card back I’m not driving back around. The fact that I went home and came back to the restaurant is an indicator that there was an issue. The fact that the problem was not solved in a timely manner is an issue. There was no refund nor a correction on the sandwich. I will be escalating this. I did not want bacon. If I wanted bacon I would’ve eaten the sandwich and not wasted the time that it took to come back and rectify the situation.

The slowest drive thru ever. 2 cars waiting at drive thru parking spot and more cars waiting at curbside including us. So what is going on with the drive thru concept. There is no line but they made 8 cars wait occupying curbside and drive thru 1&2 parking spot. What a joke!

I went there for basic 10 piece meal even with the long line it was very fast. My food was fresh. Surprisingly my nuggets were really fluffy. That was very satisfying and the fries were bomb, now in the beginning they weren’t doing too well but they were a new store and that’s understandable, but I will say now they’re doing great.

Honestly, the service is TERRIBLE. I don’t understand how a McDonald’s drive-thru can be so slow!! We waited for about 10 nuggets and a medium order of fries for more than 20 minutes, and there wasn’t a single car in front of us! This isn’t the first time this has happened. Once, I ordered for pickup and received a message that my order was ready, but when I went to pick it up, I waited more than 15 minutes. The staff just looked at me and ignored me, and not just me, but three other people who were there as well. I think it’s disrespectful that they ignore the customers and stand around talking in groups of three, just looking out the window, ignoring the customers and making them wait. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Did an early morning drive thru on Thanksgiving for Iced Coffee and Breakfast Sandwich.
No wait, food and drink well prepared and came out quickly. Sandwich was hot. Staff was friendly. No complaints. Would try them again. Convenient location. Looks busy when I drive by during lunch or dinner rush hour.

Overall, this location has been doing a great job. While there were a few mix-ups during the early months after opening, things have improved, and those felt like normal growing pains.
What really stands out is the staff. Every time I’ve visited, the employees have been friendly, patient, and kind. Recently, I was in a rush and struggling to get the app to work due to poor service in the area, and the drive-thru employee was incredibly patient and understanding. That level of customer service really made a difference and is why we continue to come back.

This location needs some serious help. They are a to-go only location, but are way too slow. Too many times have I been completely deterred because the drive-thru is backed up and all the curbside spots are filled. They need to increase the number of staff they have or train the current staff to run more efficiently.

Today I went to this McDonald’s with my children to buy the Grinch box meal. They sold it to me and charged it as that, but they handed me a regular McDonald’s bag with fries and nuggets. They didn’t have the box, but they are still selling it. They don’t have the special packaging or anything special. IT’S A RIP OFF

Drive through has little to no cell service so ordering with the app is nearly impossible. Very slow service given there are only to-go/drive thru orders.
