I just want to say when I first tried Annie’s, I gave them a hard time because of what I chose. I decided to go back again to give them another shot and boy my first impression was wrong. They are so delicious! Specially there Carmel cheesecake concrete… and the Dubai Chocolate concrete holy moly definitely top 3 best custard I ever had!! I hope Annie’s brings back the Dubai I LOVE IT ❤️ great job Annie’s!

My son and I are sitting at Annie’s right now. All I can say is how wonderful the staff is. We came in with some gift cards that my son won at boy scouts, and naturally kids take a while to figure out what they want, but Camerin and Ena here were super patient, friendly, and very helpful. It’s moments like these that make people’s day just a little bit more bearable. Showing kindness even if it’s just in a drive-thru or at the grocery store, makes a huge difference in people’s lives. All those small moments add up. My son and I will definitely be coming back, so thank you Annie’s for a great day!

Got the butter pecan with a waffle cone and dark chocolate kiddie cup.
Honestly the waffle cone was no good ended up throwing it away.
The butter pecan tasted like vanilla mixed with pecans. The dark chocolate was mild. Overall the texture and flavors were good but not great.

Super cute custard shop. Custard is very good and lots of topping options. Inside has cute tables and an ice cream shop play area. The outside has plenty of tables and fun lights. There is a drive thru as well!

Last night, my family and I sat in the line for a good amount of time and the drive-through. Get up to the window with an inpatient teenager who’s not listening or paying attention to anything I’m saying. Acting annoyed when I asked questions about certain items. I gave her our order and I know for a fact I told her my husbands order. She read it back. Get through the line to the window, to see a dozen teenagers standing around, goofing off. Pay and pull away to see she didn’t put my husbands item in the bag. My husband goes inside stands in a line again to complain that we said that in the Oder and she forgot it. Where the lady continued to disrespect and disagree with my husband. Telling him if he wants that ice cream he can pay for it and they would make it. My husband told her forget this I won’t be back. We won’t be back! You certainly have impatient teenagers, running a busy business where people are sitting in lines in the drive-through and inside and waiting for food or ice cream, but let alone when you’re employees make a mistake. They make the customer pay for it after all the inconvenience. Screw that there’s other places we can go get ice cream with better customer care. I hope the teenager was proud of herself over a four dollar ice cream. Now getting a 1 star review. Maybe this young generation needs to realize customer’s always right, “give them the pickle.”

Came in Friday with the family of 11 people after an event. It was about 9.20 pm. We checked the web prior to going and it said closed at 10 pm. The person at the counter said the lobby closed in a few minutes. We asked if she wanted the business and she walked away never to return. We decided to drive to Troy to baskin robins that also closed at 10. Even with the drive they did a splendid job of getting our ice cream and we sat there and ate it leaving about 10. If your lobby closes at 9:30 pm you might want to place that on the web site.

Nolan Forinash and Alex Gebauer went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my visit. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient, even with a line of customers.
Nolan was quick to recommend flavors and helped me choose the perfect combination for my sundae, while Alex prepared it with care and made sure it looked as good as it tasted. Their positive attitudes and teamwork really stood out, making the whole visit enjoyable.
The custard itself is amazing—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor—but the exceptional service from Nolan and Alex truly made it a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope they’re there next time!

What a fantastic experience! The ice cream was all very good and was given to us as it was ready so it didn’t sit melting. The staff were all very friendly and seemed to be enjoying their jobs as well as doing a great job. The tables and chairs were clean and there was plenty of seating.
