The food was fresh and exactly what you expect from Panda Express, but the employees really made the difference. Even during a rush, they were friendly, patient, and moved the line quickly while still making sure orders were right. They had great attitudes and made the whole experience smooth and easy. You can tell this location is well run and the staff actually cares about customer service.

We were helped by Jacob today and he is the absolute best! A small piece of paper fell into the orange chicken and he followed all proper health codes and made sure everyone got the proper NEW orange chicken and discarded the papered orange chicken. He seemed to be running the show and helping out despite this not being his home store .

This is literally the worst location you can ever go to. Ordered online ahead of time just 2 bowls, get there 20 minutes after ordering they were busy sure but waited an hour and a half for food couldn’t even get the staffs attention never had a food experience this bad in my life. Hope they get it together.

They have an app and monthly specials. My son likes the food. Update a year later: the mushroom chicken with skinny noodles today was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised.

Ordered a plate instead of a bowl specifically because I wanted two entrees and I received my door dash order with no orange chicken:( I am disappointed because I was looking forward to it and the plate costs more than the bowl. The shrimp were delicious just sad that my plate made it past all the workers with food missing 🙁

Tried calling multiple times no one answers. So we go to order ONE platter of noodles and the manager says we must wait 45 minutes because they are so busy. Literally one person waiting for food when we got there. She was completely rude and made the biggest deal about making noodles. Sucks because the food when fresh is great but not worth going and dealing with the rudest customer service ever. Everyone is literally cleaning and not making any food.

We accidentally placed an order at the wrong location and so we tried to call to ask if we could cancel it or have it made later today.
How did they handle this you ask? By hanging up instantly every single time we called. Like seriously 7 times in a row. You can’t even speak to anyone in the store because they hang up before they even say hello. Are you for real???

Panda Express, has great food. They need to pay attention to putting the right entrees in the bigger plate. We were missing an entree. On the receipt was wrong entrees listed. We got shorted and wrong entree put in the 2nd bigger plate.

Tried calling from my nephews phone because my was dead to let them phone we were coming in with a large order to avoid something this. They assured me they had it. Sauces and all. Got home to feed starving clan and one child was missing there entrees even though they were completely happy with their fried rice who wants to sit there and watch their family eat a meal without the main course. I tried calling not once not choice but three times and was sent to voicemail all three times. No I did not leave a voicemail if you can’t be bothered to pick up the phone I’m not going to be bothered to leave a voicemail for you to return my phone call. Do better, be better. No sauces either, it wasn’t like I didn’t try to warm you either. We did try to call also.
