Pleasant atmosphere, fast service, good food. We sat downstairs, ordered bruschetta and arancini as appetizers. The bartender brought us the martini in a cocktail shaker, super fresh! The food came quickly, the portions are generous and the food is of excellent quality.

First time at Venetian Moon. This place was incredible! There were a variety of appetizers. We ordered the Antipasto for 2, which was reasonably priced compared to other places. Ordered the giant meatball as a meal which was enough considering the bread and oil given for the table. Broccoli and chicken pasta Alfredo was fresh. If you’ve ever made homemade Alfredo you know it has a distinct flavor, which this had. No jarred sauce here. The showstoppers were the martinis. All were delicious! Classy and relaxed atmosphere on the first floor. Downstairs is a more intimate setting of the restaurant. A must visit!

I’m there at least once a month for their drag event called strut. The food is amazing. The drinks are amazing. The whole team at the restaurant is amazing and I wish I had more excuses to go there and eat. I’m sure just sitting in the restaurant and enjoying the food and drinks is great, but the atmosphere at the drag event is just so fun and so friendly it’s a great night out.

My boyfriend and I went there for dinner last night and started off with the chicken Carmine and two drinks or was it yummy? I ordered the short ribs for dinner and my boyfriend ordered the scallops and then ordered the steak tomahawk ribeye the food was amazing. Brandon The bartender was great made wonderful drinks felt so cozy will definitely be back. The Caramel cake was yummy.

I just had an amazing experience at Venetian Moon! They offer over 600 martini combinations and handcrafted dishes, making every visit unique. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet welcoming, with friendly and attentive staff who really make you feel special. I loved how they customized my drinks and dishes to my preferences. The seafood, wings, and steaks were all incredible—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. And I couldn’t resist ending with their Salted Caramel Crunch Cake—so delicious! If you’re looking for a place with great vibes, fantastic drinks, and amazing food, Venetian Moon is a must-visit.

Absolutely fantastic experience, start to finish. Service was top notch even on a busy night… food was on point. We had arancini, bruschetta, wife had the chicken limone and I had the veal ramone. Raspberry white chocolate cheesecake for dessert. Highly recommend all. Wife so had the peppermint martini (amongst the 25+ martini selections!). Our waiter “Jim” was outstanding and made our date night that much more enjoyable. Will definitely return. Who knew such amazing Italian was hidden in downtown Reading? Well, now you know.

Overall, this place is pretty good. I liked the atmosphere down stairs. Parking was a little difficult, but manageable if you get there when they’re not super busy. Service was great, our waitress Morgan was super nice. Our martinis were decent, one of them was a bit on the watery side, but still good flavor. Eggplant app was good, but just wish it was toasted, I think I would have liked it better, but it still was great. I had fettuccine which was okay, I wish the sauce had a bit more flavor, but still was great. My friend got the gnocchi which was fantastic, especially the flavor of the sauce. We ended with tiramisu which was also just okay. The bottom layer was soggy (which isn’t what I prefer- but someone else might) so again, it still was good/decent. I definitely will be returning to try other drinks, and other food options. Vibe was great, portion sizes good, pricing reasonable, and Morgan was awesome!

My husband and I visited Venetian Moon last night at 5 pm without a reservation. There were plenty of tables available and they sat us quickly. My husband ordered Fettuccini Alfredo and I ordered Braised Beef. His was “pretty good” but he has had better. Mine was good, but a little dry. Bread and oil is brought to the table. Salad is not included. We also ordered stuffed mushrooms which were very good. Food is served very quickly after ordering. I felt rushed to pay and depart the restaurant so that my table would be available. I also noticed this treatment for the table next to us. From start to finish, we were there for 45 minutes.

Fun drinks, but they’re not very good. We have only been there twice and after tonight we won’t go back. The service can be slow because there were just 2 waitresses both times we were there. However, there were a lot of bus boys to help out. We were not in a rush so we didn’t mind. The food was either really really good or too salty depending on the dish. The desserts were good.
