AVOID!! This Wendy’s is a joke, horrible. DO NOT GO HERE!!! There is one at the very next exit, go there. Over priced and the food sucked. This sandwich was horrible, the texture of the meat was atrocious. the sandwich was somehow wet and dry at the same time and no taste. AVOID!

Avoid this place!!
We waited for over 30 minutes for shitty food and shitty service. Cashier Alexander E was HORRIBLE and ruined my whole morning experience with his terrible customer service and unfriendliness. He demonstrated no compassion towards his PAYING customers. It was very busy, we had over 5 people grab their food before ours.

This Wendy’s is a scam. They over price everything… a lot. If it was a dollar or two that would be fine, but some items are DOUBLE the price of a normal Wendy’s 5 minutes up the street. The fact that Wendy’s lets this place exist is a shame. Wendy’s, if you see this do your self a favor and pull their franchise license as they are destroying your brand. The fact that they have less than two stars is very warranted. STAY AWAY!

It wasn’t a busy day. I ordered two sandwiches at the counter. Employees were attentive and spoke clearly. Waited about 2 minutes for the order. Cooks were loud with calling my name, and the food was very fresh. Worth the price here. Overall very good experience.

I just ordered a chicken nugget meal from here and they were so old you could smell it. I used to work for Wendy’s and never did I do PAYING customers like that. I tried eating a couple of the nuggets but I can’t do it. I’m staying overnight here and will be contacting BBB and will be getting my money back in the morning because I’m parked far away and I’ve been driving for 11 hours.

I wanted to order the Dave’s Single combo; however, the lady who was taking my order said, “The screen doesn’t let me select the combo option” I did not believe her lies and ended up just getting each item individually costing me $2 more. Once I got to the option to tip, the lowest tip was 15%. The lady after I paid did not even offer to give me my receipt so I could see what I got, she just looked at me rudely and I walked away. My friend who went up a few minutes later (with a new person at the register) was offered a receipt.
“The kiosk does not let you get receipts, it also makes you ADD your items that are INCLUDED ON YOUR BURGER for an EXTRA PRICE. (This is said by another person who I was with)”

Do not eat here. Service is terrible. Manager needs some public relations training. You can only place order through kiosk.So they don’t accept cash. Kiosk will sell you items not available. Manager gets mad because you would like a refund for item not recieved. Then instead of refunding to your card she places addition charge on your card. So you pay $6 for a $3 item you never recieved. Food wasn’t very good . Fries cold and beef patties just warm. Please save yourself time and grief, don’t eat there.

Went in to place a order the employee said they was shut down due to no service a lot of customers truck drivers went in they couldn’t order either sad but the store was clean and they was just standing around on the clock so sad they supposed to be open until 12am they don’t care about the customers
