This has to be the worst Einstein bagels I have ever been to. It is consistently inefficient and disrespectful of their customer’s time in their drive-thru. Every single time I come to this Einstein, I go through the drive-thru expecting an efficient experience and every single time I get everything but that. Today, in a hurry, I decided to place an order online. When I got to the drive-thru speaker, 10 minutes later, I let them know that I was there to pick up an online order. She told me that she would see me at the window. When I got to the window, mind you an additional 10 minutes later, I sat there for five minutes before anyone even came to the window to address me. When she finally opened up the window, she read to me an incorrect order. I reminded her that I was the online order and she said she would go check on the order. A couple of minutes later, she comes back and asks me to pull forward. I informed her that I sat at the window five minutes before she even came to the window to find out what my order was and now she’s asking me to move forward? I told her I was not going to move forward until I received my order. The total process to receive one sandwich took over 30 minutes. That is completely unacceptable for a drive-thru experience.
I’d also like to mention they forgot to add the cheese I paid for.
From this day forward, I refuse to go to this establishment for their lack of care of their Customers. The inefficiency of this Einstein Bagels is so ridiculous! And the bagels/sandwiches are not that good! They are just local, but after this last draw, I have realized that there is no level of convenience that you offer and therefore there is no reason to to go to this establishment.
If you want an incredible breakfast sandwich, look up Bronx Bagel Buggy. Worth the drive!!

The bagel itself? Fantastic. Perfectly toasted, cream cheese smooth, salmon fresher than my Wi-Fi signal. BUT—Einstein Bros, why do you send me into battle with this sandwich unarmed? No knife, no spreader, nothing. Just me, my bare hands, and a dream.
Trying to eat this was like performing open-heart surgery with chopsticks. The onions slid out like they were running for freedom, the salmon tried to take a dive, and the bagel crust? Stronger than my willpower.
Love y’all, but please—throw a plastic knife in the bag. I’m not asking for fine cutlery, just a fighting chance.
P.S. Drive-thru wait time was fabulous today. As a frequent patron who normally sits at the window for a long time…go new General Manager—she was crushing it, even with the line wrapped around the building!

I’m no expert baker, but the bagels here are undercooked or something. They’re always very dense unlike the bagels at the Atlanta locations I sometimes visit. See attached pictures. The darker one came from Atlanta, always light, fluffy, and crunchy when toasted.

I went through the drive-thru today, and the woman who took my order (I wish I had gotten her name) was an absolute delight. The moment her voice came through the intercom, you could hear the smile in her tone. She was warm, considerate, genuinely polite, and—most noticeably—truly happy.
Experiences like that have become incredibly rare, and it made such a difference. When someone like her is one of the first people you interact with in your day, it matters. A positive, uplifting attitude sets the tone, and she did exactly that.
I hope she knows how much her kindness and cheerful energy were appreciated.

When you get a veggie sandwich you expect fresh veggies not withered greens or discolored cucumbers and onions. I purchased two of the veggie sandwiches and when I returned the one I didn’t touch they excepted with my receipt and said that one had no problems. The cashier who had grey hair had much more respect about the matter than her manager. The manager never apologized for the inconvenience of having to come back to return unacceptable sandwiches. Then she had an attitude the entire time but allowed me to exchange the sandwiches for another. She took my phone and looked at my phone like she couldn’t see the rotten veggies. I would have let it all go but when my daughter bit into her sandwich she bites and pulls a long BLONDE hair! Now that’s ridiculous!! !! So no one saw the rotten veggies they placed on my sandwich or the long hair. Does anyone in the building have a food handlers license ? Hair net? Customer service skills? I will not be coming back! Disgusting.

Review of Einstein Bros. Bagels – Buford Drive, Buford, GA
I recently visited the Einstein Bros. Bagels location on Buford Drive in Buford, Georgia, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. We ordered three bagels—two with ham, egg, and cheese, and one with cream cheese—all requested toasted.
After waiting approximately 10 minutes for our order, we were disappointed to find that all three bagels were only mildly warm and did not seem toasted at all. The texture was soft, lacking the crispness you’d expect from a toasted bagel. It felt as if they had been heated, not toasted, which was especially noticeable on the cream cheese bagel.
While the ingredients were fresh and the staff was courteous, the execution on the order fell short. Toasting is a basic expectation for a bagel shop, especially when it’s requested. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving consistency in the future

Don’t come here if you have somewhere to be. Doesn’t matter if you are the only person in the drive thru or if there is a line. The service is going to be SLOW. Customer service is below average and cashiers have no personality. They also hand you your order without a to go bag and napkins on top of your food. I come here before work (at-least 15-20 minutes and i work across the street) and i still manage to end up rushing to work due to how slow the service is. Also the cashier told me to tap my phone not even realizing the machine wasn’t even ready to accept payment, once i brought it to her attention she then said tap again. And the machine is so far from your car you have to open your door to reach it. I may not be back if improvements are not made

On my way to work, I always stop by this spot for breakfast. Their bagels are consistently fresh, and I’ve never encountered any bad ingredients in my bagel sandwich. Whether I go for a classic egg and cheese or something more hearty, it’s always a great start to my day. The quality is reliable, and I appreciate knowing that my breakfast won’t disappoint. Quick, delicious, and perfect for a busy morning , that’s why this place has become a regular part of my routine. If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend giving them a try.
