Elegant. Earthly. Very St. Croix. Definitely the nicest restaurant on the island.
All the seafood was excellent. Wine perfectly chilled.
The ambience was island vibes. Their outdoor patio is beautiful and peaceful. I believe they also have some indoor dining area if preferred.
We were a party of 6 and our server was attentive and friendly. Always felt taken care of.

This is a great gourmet experience in an intimate atmosphere. The music playlist is curated by the owner and is hypnotic. All the food is magnificent, creatively created, and generously presented. We had lobster eggrolls, fish/mango ceviche, wahoo bites, Caesar salad, and grilled wahoo on a ring of caramelized potato in a red wine reduction sauce. Each selection was incredible. Pictures attached. The restaurant is expensive and worth every penny.

We walked in on a Friday night without a reservation. The front was full but the back restaurant had one spot left. The vibe is really elegant but laid back. They also have a bar with some great cocktails. Ian provided us with excellent service and recommendeds. This has to be one of the best restaurants on the island. Reservation highly recommended.

Excellent food and atmosphere. The prices may be a tad higher but the quality of the food is even higher. Enjoyable experience with great dishes. Highly recommend the seafood dishes (we tried almost everything off the menu). Special shoutout to Fran our server who was phenomenal. Recommend calling ahead or getting a reservation. Very nice seating area out back too if the weather allows!

Savant was an absolute highlight of our time in Christiansted. The setting alone makes the evening feel special—dining in the courtyard under the lights creates a relaxed but memorable atmosphere.
I had the yellowfin tuna special, which was outstanding—beautifully prepared and incredibly fresh. My partner ordered the short rib, and it was rich, tender, and deeply flavorful. Every plate that came out felt thoughtful and well executed.
Service was warm and attentive without ever feeling rushed, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the experience. It’s the kind of place where the food, setting, and pace of the evening all come together perfectly.

Everything was amazing! KJ, our server, was very attentive and professional. The food was phenomenal, from drink to appetizers to entrees. We had NO room for dessert and even took home leftovers! We live here and enjoy Savant!

My wife and I had a great experience. The service was great, friendly staff, our waitress was new and she was awesome. The food runner was so welcoming and engaging. The food was fantastic. . Everything was delicious. We are going to try to come back one more time before we leave.

Great food in a nice outdoors setting (or you can eat inside, if you need AC). Service was relaxed and friendly. Plan to spend some time here; it’s not a quick dinner.
