Ordered a chicken rice bowl, the meal didn’t have any sauce in the bag, I asked the girl girl at the drive thru and she seemed so upset that I actually asked for sauce, she basically threw the sauce in my hand. That’s fine I can deal with horrible service but what ticked me off is what I saw when I got home. The bowl was literally halfway filled with food. Hardly no rice, way less chicken than other WaBa grills. The WaBa grill by my job fills the bowls to the top, this will be the last time I come to this place. I hope WaBa grill corporate knows this franchisee is ripping off the customers. Below is side by side photos from yesterday’s horrible bowl that was halfway filled and today’s bowl I got near my job. I will never go to this WaBa grill again.

I came to eat here on 01/14/2026 around 2:25and they didn’t give me my receipt after I purchased my food rite after I paid. And suposedely your suppose to get a free meal if they don’t. So I asked and they didn’t want to give me the meal saying that they can still hand it to me ten minutes later when my food is ready but the sign says otherwise it says at the time of purchase so what’s the point of putting a sign there promising something if there not going to do it I eat here almost every other day I been seen this sign all the time what’s the point of the corporate promising something to the customers if the employees want to change the rules when she clearly didn’t give me my receipt on the time of purchase

Food is amazing but they seriously need to work on their service time. Some people like myself come during their 30 minute lunch. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to receive my food. Including drive thru time. You guys need a new system on providing service

Food look super fresh all the time here, very neat , clean you can tell the inside is also very clean , but no one ever goes In its in a kind of vacant plaza , so it’s empty, it looks closed , the people are nice for the most part . I only go through the drive thru there’s nothing to really see around this area , just get your food and go . The oranges on the salmon plate are the sweetest

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat on Friday night. Went through the drive-thru and ordered two WaBa bowls. There was a long line but it went pretty quickly. Received everything I asked for (my food, waba sauce, hot sauce, napkins). Drive thru person was friendly and quick. When I ate my food, it was hot and freshly made. I really enjoyed it and would go back again.

If this manager treats her employees or her children any bit of the way she treated me, they would hate her and she would be fired. She acts with sheer lack of concern for the person or the customer, and will voice the latter comes before the first. Meaning, money out, order spoken, you’re still no person to her. I know we are in San Bernardino, so the expectation of service is qualitatively lowered but this manager takes the cake,the bottom low zero. Not one worker had a smile on their face. There is a reason for that. I’ll bet it’s this manager.

I’m not trying to be a karen but the cashier (Michelle M) kept my card for like 10 MINS with the window closed which I thought was odd. I do NOT mind waiting for my food, I appreciate workers but why not give me my card back before the food is ready? It’s nothing personal to the cashier, if anyone keeps someones card for that long it’s weird. I screenshoted the receipts with name and will have to keep an eye on my bank statements now.

My favorite Waba Grill to go to. The inside has plenty of seating and is clean. The staff is very nice and polite. Food is always hot and fresh!

Horrible . Yesterday like around 3 I visit this place the lady was taking to long and she forgot to give me my debit card back I got the food I totally forgot she didn’t give it back . Late night I remember I try calling no answer.. so today in the morning I noticed they have already made purchases with my card… I already reported this … but be careful always make sure you get your card back !!
