Googled Pizza Inn, directed to a 3d party ordering system by Pizza Inn. 3rd party system isn’t very clear. Ordered a pizza and toppings. Got a pizza with half toppings. Charged 34 dollars. Charged a $5 FEE for this 3rd party delivery svc, that pizza inn actually works for, because pizza inn delivered the pizza. At the same time a top was automatically added to the ticket. I call the restaurant. Talked with Sarah, the manager. Was told they’re not responsible for 3rd party ordering systems, which is on their site. Was told that next time I should call directly. There won’t be a next time. Get your crap straight and there should be a next time. This is now 2 times that THIS pizza inn has let me down. I will not let a 3rd one happen, and I will go out of my way to ensure people know what kind of scams this place is doing. FYI, this does not even taste like a 34 dollar pizza. I’ve had better totinos.

First and Foremost what you see in the commercial ISNT what you will get when you go in there. When I got there and told them I wanted the buffet they sat me at a table and gave me what I asked that I wanted to drink. They proceeded to do nothing else. So I had to stand up a few minutes later and ask what am I supposed to do because y’all told me to sit here. They were like well go get your food the plates are over there … that would have been nice to know instead of telling me to sit down and then just walking away. When I went to CiCi’s they would actually explain to go get your plates and what you want after asking what you want to drink. Not here. She told me to sit. Brought me my drink then went back to just chatting with another employee. I had high hopes thinking it would be like CiCis pizza with the BBQ pizza and different kinds. No. They had maybe 4 kinds (all variations of pepperoni and jalapeno) and you had to ask for whatever else you wanted and wait. Then the pizzas they had were dry and not good. I shouldn’t have to pay $12 for pizza that tastes like it’s from the dollar store. I could have went and got a steak for $12 (yes just a steak). The pizza if I had to rate it out of 10 I’d give it 2 and the service a 3. I won’t be going back. Anything is better than here for $12. I was literally in there maybe 6 minutes total. Sad. I ate 3 different slices and was like Nope this is garbage. If you have kids they have games that’s their only plus. Other than that the food and service is subpar at best. This place is for families with kids who don’t care how the food tastes since they have games to play but the food is garbage.

I’d like to start by saying that I’ve been coming to this location since Charlie managed this place. Basically since 2002. This place has always been a sanctuary for me and my family. This place has gone down the drain. Not sure why but I can definitely tell you that people like “Dylan” make this place very inhospitable. Pizza’s have been sitting in the buffet section for a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour plus and this guy thinks I was born yesterday thinking people wouldn’t notice. I HAVE VIDEOS OF OLD PIZZA STILL SITTING THERE!!!! No wonder this place has taken a turn for the worst. I have pictures of the pizza and the big ole clock they have hanging and I called Dylan out and he got butt hurt because I called him on his bs. I completely understand that you guys have to do what you do in making a profit and what not but this isn’t it ! Bad business. Thank “Dylan” for the bad experience! Our waitress was attentive thoug. We will no longer dine at this place!

So we placed an order from here and had it delivered. I based my order from here off of the reviews since I’m in town for work. I was not expecting to much. To my surprise it was really really good. Matter of fact it’s the best pizza I’ve had since work started. Absolutely a fan of this place! If your pizza is like my pizza you won’t be disappointed!

BEST pizza place and buffet in Hobbs! I could not decide what to eat so I was just going to stop in and take a pizza to go but they had so many different items on their pizza, past and salad buffet that I stayed and got that instead. I never go into places and eat alone but ai felt very comfortable there! The place was VERY clean, nice and attentive servers. I am SOOO full!! A+++

We order delivery at least once a week & eat there when our granddaughter comes visit. We just ordered a pizza over the phone. NYXL pepperoni max. 1/2 add a few different things.
It was delivered really fast. They dint usually make mistakes. So I did not check the order it was one of the delivery drivers we have had before. When we decided to open the box. Was not even what we ordered. How can you not check the order before I leaves the store against the receipt. Even always tip $10 every order.
Now the website has been changed. Not as user friendly.

We arrived just a little before the lunch time rush. The salad bar was low on the greens. The pizza I chose were HOT flavorful. The staff attempted to be great, and they did. Overall, it was a good experience.

Staff was on point. Not the average pizzas on the rack which is nice. Drinks always full and table cleared. Nice family environment. Reminds me of being a kid going out. The bavarian cream dessert pizza is a must have here!!
