I like Arby’s but it is a little weird that I always have to pull forward and wait because they don’t have the stuff I order ready. Also the drive thru person made fun of me for ordering a bunch of sides. As a vegetarian I like Arby’s because they have a lot of side options so it just kinda sucked to hear them making me feel bad. Everything else is okay though I guess.

I have been in the drive through for 30 minutes and I’m still waiting on my food, I’ve been here plenty of times and I don’t think they have even given me my food at the window. In the time that I’ve been waiting I probably could’ve built a whole Arby’s and made myself a sandwich.

Went through drive Thru just a few minutes ago and the lady there taking orders was obviously impatient. Rolling her eyes and all that. Wasn’t that busy either and was asking just a simple question as well. Was supposed to have an interview here on Monday but now I don’t think I will be coming due to that

Customer service at this location is truly lacking. None of the front counter workers want to do their job and leave your food sitting at the warming station until you ask for it. Get employees in there who actually want to work. Customer service is always horrible and wait time are always long.

Full Review of Arbys Hot Honey Boneless Wing Combo: 9 wings for $5.00, excellent deal off the bat. The quality and the expanse of white boneless chicken meat was superb. For it being Arbys you may say “ehh” but I can truly balance the insight to say that the full 9 wings fully embodied the experience of what a boneless chicken wing should be and consist of. I am content and full. Set aside the fact that the crinkle cut straight fries were stupendous, crispy, crinckly, crunch, hot on the inside, and maintained that fluffy potato feel that a fry should have. The meal was hearty and filled me top to bottom, I did add in a medium Root Beer which bumped up the price slightly, but still a very affordable cost for a well rounded lunch. The sauce was like a glaze, and hosted a sweet flavor with an ever so slight back end of heat to them, cooled off by the ranch dipping sauce they provided to me. Overall 8.9 out of 10. Very solid reasonably priced boneless wing. It did not disappoint nor should it be slept on.

I ordered a chicken wrap no lettuce add bacon. I paid an uncharged for bacon. Small fry. My fries were cold. My wrap had lettuce and NO BACON. I called the store to inform them of their mess up and was HUNG UP on. No apology given no offer to make things right. People’s work ethics is trash. Won’t be returning.

I tried to order two large meals. Both came out small. Also ordered a wrap and got a sandwich. They never gave me a receipt so I can’t call corporate. I wanted two meals and they didn’t get me one of the meals. Need to open their ears and listen to their customers.

Disappointing ordered 2 smokehouse brisket, both sandwiches had hardly any meat. We’ve gotten them many times at various stores and this is the 1st time it had so little meat.

I understand that fast food isn’t always fast,but as I was already waiting awhile I didn’t want to pull forward to wait longer for 2 small sandwiches. The lady working was rude and bitter about it for some reason. So she thought it would be clever to walk all the way outside to service people behind me. Then proceed to get my order wrong. I understand your busy but to be rude is just unkind and unprofessional.
