So I have been going to Pats nearly my whole life however this is a different location and from what I am learning they are privately owned. I ordered a xtra large Stromboli and what I received was more box than food. I rated them a 3 because I asked would this be enough to feed a family. This is nearly enough to feed me and my husband. The food tastes great but the description is very misleading. I ordered the same thing from Brookhaven and it’s way bigger. Not to mention the last time I ordered pasta from this location ran into the same problem. Ordered shrimp receive 3 shrimp in a large when if I goto Brookhaven I get what I paid for. I guess I have to go back to what I know.

My family has ordered from here very frequently for a long time now. First issue was I ordered a cheese pizza with steak topping and the person on the phone would constantly put in a cheese steak pizza which is completely different in price and taste, even when I corrected her. I wasn’t that bothered until the pizza started being raw, the last time was a couple weeks ago the dough was far from done. I called the day after and spoke with the manager Megan, she told me that I wasn’t able to get a refund because I didn’t call the day of, but could get the pizza remade and she would issue a credit for the pizza with my phone number. I called to order a pizza a few days later spoke to Ted because the credit was not applied like I was told. He called Megan and she told him that I would only get a 10 dollar credit for a 20 something dollar pizza, which is completely unacceptable and not what I was told when I spoke to her. Ted said that he can only give a 10 dollar credit and there was nothing else he could do. Needless to say this Pats Pizza isn’t what it used to be, bad customer service.

Most Pizza places aren’t known for their gluten free options & pats isn’t the exception. However, our waitress was extremely friendly & accommodating towards having Celiac disease. They went out of their way to make a bowl of Tuna salad without most ingredients or bread so I could eat with my friend. Tuna wasnt just safe but also delicious. I wish I could remember the waitresses name because she was great! The rest of the employees were also really nice.
Pats was also affordable, clean & comfortable. I’ve never been inside and was pleasantly surprised how nice the booths were inside. It was clean. Service was also quick. I was overall impressed. Thanks for being so awesome Pats!

I have been to Pat’s pizza a number of times for pizza and fries. My daughter loves their single serve chocolate cake. We were having a party recently and she asked can we get a whole cake. I called Pat’s to order the cake and they gave me a price over the phone. I picked up the cake and paid the amount. The next day, I received a call that I was over charged for the cake. I would have never known I was over charged since I paid what I was quoted. This tells me they are honest and have integrity. Thank you Pat’s!

They changed the chocolate cake and it’s nasty now. My kids and I have been coming for a long time just for this chocolate cake. My autistic daughter used to love the chocolate cake from here and now it’s changed . Do not get the new chocolate cake

First time ordering and food was great! I got a cheese steak and fries and my daughter got cheese steak rolls and fries. Everything was delicious, cheese steak rolls were huge and they give lots of fries! Ordered online and food was done when I arrived 20 minutes later. Will definitely return!

Love their pizza, my favorite in the area so far and I’ve been working my way through many places since I moved here last august.
Their plain cheese is a great balanced slice, not too much or too little cheese or sauce, not too salty, just right.
My second favorite is the George’s white pizza (in the photo), great fresh vegetables and nice sized rosettes of ricotta. I would like to suggest they put just a squoosh more broccoli on though, it’s so good on this slice that I want more of it!
Minus one star because even though I always order it well done, it’s still floppy in the center and I have to throw slices in the oven at home to get it crispier (while I’m throwing a slice down my throat because I’m impatient). But it’s worth the extra work because it’s a damn fine tasty pie.
