Prices were high. Place was overly bright with harsh lighting, almost like eating at a cafeteria but with high prices. The layout also amplified the conversation of other diners making it a noisy dinner. Wrong dishes were brought out and it still took quite a bit of time to bring out the food once ordered. Note that the place was half full at the time. Looks like a lot of togo orders and the in-house patrons had to wait. The beef larb was not especially good. It was bland, missing the usual chilis, mint, shallots, fish sauce and toasted rice. All i could taste was lime and some red pepper flakes. The crispy noodles had very little meat with a lot of vegetables and not enough sauce to soften the noodles. Kudos for using chinese broccoli which was a little different than most places

i absolutely love this place! their food is delicious and the atmosphere of the place is wonderful. it is cozy and clean while the staff is friendly and patient.
i could talk about the food for days. it is delicious, delightful, delectable, everything!! my favorite dish is probably the red curry, but you’d never see me turn down any curry from sea siam. their spring rolls are fresh and crisp. while their fried ones are hot and crispy. their soups are amazing and they give you a whole pot of green tea when you order it! (some places joke you out by making you charge $4.00 for a little cup).
the employees are so friendly and caring, thanks to the lady who helped my family with their butchered pronunciations of everything! they clearly give effort into their jobs, the food and atmosphere reflects that.
thank you sea siam for being so amazing! i could come back here every day if i could. (also if you are reading this then i think you should go try their red curry, i have attached photos!)

The Pad Thai is fabulous and the spring rolls the best around. They have great vegetable soups!

Tried lunch special Chowmein and Spicy fried rice with Chicken, both are decent, lunch special vegetable soup and spring roll are good, fried rice and noodles could have been more flavorful, quick service and the lady at front was really courteous

JUNE 2022 UPDATE: Menu revised. Flavors still delicious. Tons of takeout business. Definitely very good. Try them out!
Family dinner here a week ago. We had not eaten here after Jam and Eddie had sold the restaurant partly due to some of what we had heard about things not being the same, etc. Well, we finally stopped in during a weekday evening around 7:25 pm.
We were seated quickly and places our orders in w/o any issues. The ladies that were running the restaurant were both quick and efficient. Food flavors were still wonderful along with portion sizes. It was a pleasant surprise to know that the restaurant continues to churn out tasty Thai dishes just like Jam and Eddie had done so for so many years.
Definitely will be back for more.

I have no idea what same of the reviews were talking about. First the manager/ server was so sweet and on top of everything we did not want for anything. We had the lunch special which came with soup,salad and an egg roll all which were hot and fresh. I had the drunken noodles which were spicy and very tasty. My husband had garlic pork, and he said it was the best he had. We will be back.

We are here for dinner and it was phenomenal. We started off with tea; jasmine iced and Thai tea. The teas were great, I like that the jasmine is unsweetened and on ice. The Thai tea wasn’t too sweet and the mixture was great. My husband got the pork laarb and it was so delicious!! I got the beef salad and it was also delicious!! The meats were juicy and everything tasted fresh. My son got the orange chicken and the chicken was juicy and the sauce was so so good. This is definitely going to be my new Thai spot. We got level 3 spice and it was perfect, and didn’t over power the flavors of the dish. The service very attentive and we never went without a drink, they were very intentional about their service.

This place is SO good! We ordered the satay and steamed dumplings and they were incredible!! Our entrees were good, too (red curry and pad Thai.) the dumplings were my absolute favorite. No pictures because we devoured them in 30 seconds they were so good. The ambiance was nice. The restaurant and bathrooms were super clean and the service was excellent!

The Pineapple fried rice was delicious!! I had their sticky rice w/mango for dessert and loved it!!! Highly recommend!
