My experience here has been solid and consistent. Jet’s is probably my favorite chain pizza place anymore. I always get their deep dish pizza. I love the caramelized cheese on the crust and the crust has some crunch on the bottom, but soft fluffiness above that. A large pizza with Jet’s bread will give me a few days of leftovers. If you’ve had Jet’s at any other location (for me it’s been consistently good), you can probably expect the same from this location. Just a small note, make sure they don’t forget the garlic dipping sauce if ordered. Sometimes person at counter forgets since it’s kept separate in the cooler and not in the warmer with the pizza order.

Never again will we order from Jets! Ordered a heart shaped pizza for Valentines day and the person who took our order ( at the Jets in cuyahoga falls Ohio) had no idea what he was doing, and NEVER told me that the pizza was a “ personal pan size”! So when I picked it up, I was disapppointed but decided to order an additional 8 piece to go along with it , and asked for EXTRA cheese plus 3 toppings, (which I was willing to wait for it to be made) and when that one was done I left and when I got home and opened it up it had NO CHEESE!!!!! I asked for extra!!! Sooo needless to say very disappointed! They were busy and I chose not to go back, but we will NEVER order from here again!! The place was chaotic and the people taking the orders were not customer friendly or helpful at all!!!!!

We tried Jets Pizza due to a coupon in a mailer. Totally surprised about how good it was. The deep dish is our favorite. We have been ordering from there ever since. The salads they prepare are good and colorful. One time they neglected to take off the items we requested not to have. Overall, it’s my go-to pizza shop

I grew up in Wisconsin and one of my favorite pizzas there is called Rocky Rococo’s. It’s similar to Detroit style and I was really craving it so I tried Jets. For me the garlic crust was a little too garlicky (surprisingly!), but the regular crust was perfect. Will definitely order again!

I was really impressed with the text to Order system. They have been trying to get me to use it for the past few orders and I haven’t. I was able to customize my order in ways that wasn’t able to figure out on the webpage ,so I am impressed.
They topped ended my confusion by granting me a 15% discount for using it.

The phone AI Bot goofed up what I was trying to order today, but the humans working were amazing. Braden went above and beyond to fix me up, and was really friendly despite being slammed today.

I have been here a few times and this was the first time in about 4 years. The food is good and the service is usually timely. I believe one of the times I went here they gave my food to another person or gave me the wrong order. But they made up for it and remade my food and gave me a coupon for a free four corners pizza.

Ordered a couple pizza’s, one was a pepperoni and one was a deluxe. Had some guests over and after two pieces, no one including myself wanted anymore. We all agreed that the pizza had no flavor. The bread had no taste, the pepperoni was flavorless and the sauce was bitter. Not sure what’s going on but something has changed. Too bad, as I’ve always liked their pizza.

Got the deep dish pizza which had some of the best crust ever! Normally we toss the crust after most pizza but the crust is honestly the best part.
The service was also friendly, very quick with our pizza, and didn’t have any place to eat inside (which is fairly normal so we expected that)
Would highly recommend the Detroit-Style Deep Dish!
