Ordered a Bakers Dozen The Asiago Bagel was our Favorite. What happens to the bagel in Panera Bread. The Asiago Bagel was small and tastes more like a dense loaf than a Bagel. and the size seems smaller. See pic below Asiago next to Blueberry Bagel.

Very disappointed with our experience at Panera Bread in Doylestown, PA. My sister and I stopped in for a quick bite during a road trip, hoping for a fresh and reliable meal. It was late afternoon, but that’s no excuse for the quality we received. The sandwich I got had clearly rotten lettuce—brown, wilted, and completely inedible. I honestly can’t believe anyone would look at that and think it was okay to serve. If it was missed, that’s just as concerning.
I also ordered a pastry that is typically served warm, but I received a dry, hard version that tasted like it had been sitting out since morning. At the very least, I should’ve been asked if I wanted it warmed up.
This was not the standard I expect from Panera. Really disappointing.

*Edit* I gave a 5-star rating last year (see below my old review). I have visited many times since then. My most recent visit was awful. I ordered soup and sandwich combo. The chicken and wild rice soup looked disgusting (see picture). The sandwich was better but the overall quality was not up to the mark (based on my previous visits). What happened, Panera Bread?

I love their 2 in 1 combos. So many options. I usually order small soup and half sandwich (ciabatta bread and any kind of chicken). The bakery items are yum. My favorite is the Bear Claws.

I ordered 3 cups of soup via the app about 10 minutes before I arrived. Had to wait another 18 minutes. The store was almost empty and it was only 11:50. WHY does it take 28 minutes to dish up three soups. Won;t be back.

I went to Panera after a very rough day at work and a was in a bad mood. I was ordering my salad, and I went up to pick it up and I had a real nice conversation with Austin S. He made my day way better and the salad was great.

Just received my Tuna Sandwich delivery order (this was placed on the Panera app). Not only was it the completely wrong sandwich, it looks like they used two leftover halves of other sandwiches, combined them, packaged it up and called it a day. The sandwich is one slice of turkey, a slice of cheese, and mayonnaise. I don’t even see this on the menu. Won’t order from this location again.

Have not been to a Panera bread in well over ten years. Was a very good experience. The dining area well clean and well organized. The self serve kiosks were clean and tidy. Food was prepared in a timely fashion. Highly enjoyed my meal. Will visit again soon.

I was really disappointed in the product today. Had I not picked it up and ran to work I would have went back to return it to get a different one. It tasted burnt the little pieces were like eating bagel chips.

The new bread is horrible. The new panera bread taste bad. More like sourdough… but bad sour dough and does not have the consistency and freshness that panera used to have. I never see myself wanting to come back and buy a baguette from them like I used to. Also when ordering our salads they consistently have missing items. Panera has lost thier way
