One of our favorite places to eat! The service is immaculate, everyone is so kind and the good is absolutely delicious. Every single thing they serve looks like the picture and tastes like heaven. The atmosphere is great as well. Very comfortable. Any time we’re craving chicken this is our stop, we dont mind the 30 min drive to get here because its worth every bit! Highly recommend. Their chicken is the crispiest chicken ive ever had in my 33 years of life!

Since we moved here, I have been missing my favorite Korean restaurant. Where I would always order the spicy fried chicken. I am so glad we found Bonchon. We ordered fried rice, spicy fried chicken mix and fries. The kimchi reminded me of the restraunt. It was so tasty. The rice is good. But the chicken, yes. I loved the spicy chicken. It was the right amount of spicy I enjoy. Overall, a delicious spot. Thank you, will order the spicy chicken again someday.

Absolutely terrible. This was the worst Bonchon experience I’ve ever had, and honestly one of the worst chicken meals in my life. The chicken was refried, dry, and chewy — it tasted old and completely flavorless. It was served cold, barely had any sauce on it, and there was no seasoning whatsoever. For how expensive it was, it felt like I threw my money away.

Even basic service was horrible — they didn’t want to give napkins or even a fork. The staff looked annoyed, the food was disgusting, and the portion was tiny. I’ve had better, cheaper, and fresher chicken from Safeway.

This place is a complete scam. Total waste of money. I regret going here and wish I could return the food. The taste is awful, the price ridiculous, and the service embarrassing. Even giving one star feels too generous. Worst chicken restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ll never come back.

Man, I love this place!! I have visited most of their locations in Colorado, and they’re all great! I have found their food quality is consistent at every location I’ve been to. The chicken is amazing. I’ve tried all of the flavor options and I always go back to the soy garlic. My other favorites are the bulgogi tacos, pork bao buns, chicken bao buns, bulgogi entree, and bulgogi fries. I pretty much eat at Bonchon every chance I get!

Omg! It’s my first time here, this place is so good! I got the bacon kimchi udon, it’s spicy! It’s so good though. I love that the bacon is thick, and not crumbs! I wasn’t sure id like it but I LOVE IT! The plate is pretty big I shared it with my brother.

Food quality is good but they short you on servings. The rice orders are about 3/5 full. Please fill the containers.

I can never say anything bad about this place. We absolutely love it. The chicken has that crunch you crave, the potstickers are sooo good, specially if you dip them in the spicy mayo. The Korean street corn is great. Lastly, the bulgogi fries! So good. Almost forgot about the coleslaw. It was creamy, crunchy, perfect. We got the Seoul Sampler with soy garlic as the flavor for the chicken and potstickers.

Update 1/8/26: I had to get on here and change my review. While the food here is good, the portion sizes shrank since our last visit. The fries were half full, the tacos didn’t have enough meat on them. Also the girl working on 1/8/26 evening wasn’t very nice. She didn’t greet me…didn’t ask how she can help me…didn’t smile…And I checked my order for accuracy because we spent $82+, and I think I saw her roll her eyes. It wasn’t busy, there was only one person eating in, but she acted like I interrupted her(she was just leaning on the counter when I walked in). It was not a very welcoming vibe from her and if I were about to dine in, I would’ve decided to leave based on her attitude.

Old review: We’ve been here a few times. Our favorite dishes so far have been the bulgogi tacos & fries, and the soy garlic & Korean bbq wings. I love how crispy they are! The chicken katsu was extremely tough and the fried octopus bites seemed over-cooked. But overall, we like it and look forward to trying more things here!

I first tried Bonchon in Washington D.C last November and I absolutely LOVED IT! I didn’t know there was a place here in Springs so when I saw this place on maps I had to go immediately! The food was amazing. BEST FRIED WINGS EVER. All of the food we ate was delicious.

Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I’m not sure if they were short-staffed and hopefully, it was just that day we went. The server seemed annoyed by the fact we kept ordering more food. It was our first time ordering and the server was so impatient and seemed upset that we asked questions and didn’t know much about the menu. We also asked for more drinks and they never brought them out.

I used to frequent a fried chicken spot in Seoul all the time when I was stationed there. I have been searching for some fried chicken to scratch that itch and I was pleasantly surprised with this place. A little bit pricy but what isn’t these days. The restaurant is simple the food is great but I did have to ask for water twice which isn’t a huge deal. All in all I enjoyed this place and will definitely go back for more chicken at some point.
