Normally, I don’t have an issue with this location. But tonight, my food sat over a half hour before it was delivered. I don’t mind if it takes over an hour for delivery, but the order should be semi-fresh when it gets here. It was dried out and barely warm when it got here, and the wrong sandwich was given. Check the receipt and text message. Order ready at 8:08 PM and order delivered at 8:38. You can also see buffalo chicken sandwich on the receipt, but a very dry chicken bacon ranch given to me instead.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the management and staff’s behavior. As a regular customer, I am disappointed and will no longer place orders. The individual claiming to be the manager refused to identify himself until I began recording the conversation. I have never experienced such poor treatment and discriminatory behavior due to my hearing impairment. I intend to consult with a lawyer regarding this incident. He threatened to call the police on me; was it because I wasn’t wearing my hearing aid? Repeating that I’m being loud when I’m not wearing my hearing aid was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend that you provide some training for these employees.

Usually pretty good ,this time it was awful. I can tell that the people who made this just didn’t care at all. Just chicken on the “loaded” buffalo chicken and the wings barely had sauce on them. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Well TBH I have never been to the store but online ordering has been great! Always quick, friendly and respectful! Wallace was my delivery driver and was awesome, he called when he was on the way and knowing that and with help from the app I met him out front of my secured building.

The service was good; the driver was quick and friendly. My order was correct and still hot what I received it. However, there was less pasta than I thought I’d be getting; if I moved it around the amount of pasta only covered half the container (more pasta could’ve been added). The brownies I’d ordered were pretty burnt on the bottom.

If I could give 0 stars I would. On 5/16/2020 I ordered a pizza with extra cheese at approximately 11:30 pm. It came with very little cheese and no sauce and huge bubbles throughout. Called store at approx midnight and was told they could do nothing about it. Called to speak with a manager the next day (twice) and was told to make a complaint online. I was stunned at how extremely rude the “manager” was. This is the short version, but, I don’t want points or a refund, just reasonable customer service. Dominos’ will “make it right”–well that is certainly not the case here. I promise I will never order from Dominos’ again because of this. And I will be sharing my story about this with everyone and every social media I am a member of.

Never once had a problem, with food nor service never disappointed, always the same good food for a great price and ordering online is very easy! Crazy fast delivery too btw, the drivers usually say sorry for the wait or wtv even tho its always way faster than i would ever expect for consistently high quality pizza n food. Genuinely a blessing too have fr, thanks.
