Had a car accident today so I ordered delivery. They forgot one of my entrees. When I called to let them know, they had to double check. They let me come pick it up. I had to ride my bike to get my daughter the behind beef she wanted. They didn’t apologize at all and didn’t offer me anything else. Not coming back.

This location gets packed but what I like is that they take digital gift cards and the staff knows how to process payment. We’ve been to many locations that supposedly accept gift cards but staff were not properly trained to process digital gift cards. So to me, that’s a big plus

We had a Wonderful experience! We haven’t been to a Panda Express in quite a while! We decided to stop by at this location! My Family had never had been to this one! We are delighted we stopped by! Upon entering we were warmly greeted by Cecilia who promptly and gladly took our order! Good portions were given and the food was fresh and hot! We decided to eat indoors, and Cecilia stopped by our table with a tray of condiments and napkins! She stopped by every table with a friendly smile! 5 stars for her and the crew, working that day! 5 Stars for them! She Positively represented Panda Express with Excellent Customer Service! And has kept us as returning customers! We will be back to this location! Great customer service is hard to come by these days! The worker there marbela, is the worst customer service employee I’ve had in a while. I asked if the bathrooms were open and when she opened the door she yelled “go!”. Is this how panda express expects their employees to treat their customers?

The beef entrees are always pink or raw. It’s such a waste of money because the flavors are good. Not everyone likes rare/medium steak or like it soft chewy. ughh. It would be much better if they actually cook the meat to health standards.
