The food is standard for Starbucks and is done fine. The issue I have with this store is that recently my wife’s app has been kicking our orders to her defaulted store in another town, even after selecting this one. Today, the manager decided to make an accusation, saying this was an effort to get free items “like last time.” Turns out, last time the erroneous order cancelled out of the app and never went through at all. We replaced the order at this location and paid. Today, the app processed the order at the incorrect store. We advised them that we would try to cancel the order and replace it. When it couldn’t be done, we offered to pay twice to ensure that the order was paid for no matter what. The manager insisted that she could “reclaim the order,” I’m assuming that means she can pull it to her store since she prepared it and she told us not to worry about paying again even though we wanted to. What I don’t appreciate in this situation is the inference that we were trying to get one over and get product for free “like last time” when we had actually paid. Maybe, just maybe, for such a woke company, we don’t immediately jump to accusing paying customers of trying to steal and using an absolutely condescending tone when doing so.

We ordered on the mobile app, pulled up to the window 4 minutes later. I gave her my name and said mobile order. The girl says with a bit of an attitude “the order you placed two minutes ago? It’s not started yet” Not sure why that was necessary. There were two cars in front of us and had I just ordered at window it wouldn’t have been started either. I have never experienced this before and just kinda ruined the experience

I absolutely love coming to this starbucks! I will absolutely drive the extra mile to come to this one instead of a different one. Everyone & I mean every single person that works here is so so genuine & sweet. They always get my order right, i’ve never had a bad experience & i’ve been coming since they opened & the drive through is always so quick!!! i highly recommend coming here:) PS. The apple crisp coffee is my favorite in the fall so pleaseeee bring it back for longer next year!!!

I barely leave reviews but once I do. It’s something that actually moved me. The staffing is soooo great in this Starbucks in fact they’re the best! Noelle, Deshant, Alexis, Christine and I forgot the other 3 names but They remember my order every single day and never fails!!
