I stayed in Grand Junction while building the ethanol plant, this was the greatest place to visit & stay in all my yrs on the road. Ferg’s was the place to b!!! Sure miss u all! Ordered a steak and we asked for it medium well it was bloody and not cut right.. We asked for a second steak cause the fat well second steak came out and it was still bloody .. Don’t get a steak here poor cuts and cook can’t cook a steak lol
