Been wanting to sing this places praises for a couple of weeks now and im finally able to. So I ordered some wings and it was in a busy football Sunday people in and out. I knew there would be a wait. Walked in and was acknowledged. And I can tell a manager was working the line with fellow employees. She communicated with just about everyone in there giving them expected times, and I love your new system up on the wall and it sort of tells you where in the process they are. That’s a huge home run!! She personally asked me my name and got right on it. She even apologized and gave me some extras which she didn’t need to do.
In this business it’s all about communication and to acknowledge someone. I used to run area restaurnats in my 20’s and early 30’s. So great job. Will be back.

This was my first time ever eatting at Wingstop and wow was I impressed. I ordered take out and the food was fresh and delicious! I highly recommend the Mexican Street Spice seasoning as it was incredible. The wings weren’t dry at all either which was a plus. Definitely will be back to try some additional flavors, this location was all around solid

First time ever going to wingstop. It absolutely does not live up to all the hype it gets.

Wings were Mid at best.
All the wings were dry and overcooked
I got: Garlic Parm, Lemon Pepper, Hawaiian, Cajun Buffalo, Korean BBQ, Mexican street spice.

The Garlic & Mexican had barely any flavor, I could see the spices on them, but they just tasted like plain, burnt wings. Lemon Pepper is usually one of my favorites, not today. Barely any seasoning on them, and dry and burnt tasting just like the Garlic and Mexican.

The Korean BBQ, Cajun Buffalo, and Hawaiian were better, but still lacking. Korean BBQ was supposed to be spicy, not at all. The Cajun Buffalo and Hawaiian were the most passable, the sauces covered up some of the dryness. I also got Fried corn (1 Cajun, 1 Mexican Street spice), it was the best thing I had overall. The Mexican corn still had barely any flavor like the wings, but the Cajun corn was very good. People always rave about the Ranch, it was decent, just tastes like Chili’s ranch. The blue cheese was mediocre; I could see cheese chunks, but it tasted like ranch they just wafted blue cheese scent over.

For the $60 I spent, it was definitely not worth the price. Also, they wouldn’t give me a receipt. Are they rationing paper?!? Cashier said I could take a picture of their copy, ridiculous. I just spent $60, you can’t spare me ¢3 worth of receipt paper?

Update: I tried a different Wingstop near my work in MD. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a new location, but the quality of food was better. Better, but still not very good. The wings were actually hot and moist this time, But just like this West Virginia location, the flavor was not there. The wings taste bland and the sauces taste bland. I’ve had all the flavors at this point, and the only three that actually have any real flavor to them are the Atomic, Cajun, and Spicy Korean Q. Still disappointing however, because each one claims to be very spicy and none are.

Don’t believe the hype, America’s Best Wings & Seafood is 10x better, but I haven’t found any in WV so far.

Buffalo Wild Wings is less than a 1/4 mile away, just go there instead.

It’s true. The ranch dressing is worth the price alone. Grab some wings, fries, and ranch and just go to town on it. In terms of fast food type places, these are the best wings I’ve had. The crunch. The flavor. Holy god, the flavor. It’s a bit on the expensive side, in the same way Five Guys is (or anywhere else these days for that matter), so I’ll never be a frequent customer. But it’s worth every penny for an occasional treat.

I just ordered some tenders, cajun corn bites, cheese fries, and regular fries from them. I didn’t get any fries whatsoever. The cajun corn bites had way too much seasoning, like I’ve had them many times before but this was inedible. The tenders were okay, I ordered them for extra cook time so I expected them to be a little harder. Although the BBQ ones aren’t usually spicy, but tonight for some reason they are. I won’t be eating here for a long while or ever again.

Ordered the meal for 2. 15 wings, 2 -20oz sodas and large fries $26.10 incl. Tax. Not sure if always allowed but they let us mix boneless and bone in with 2 sauces. We had the Louisiana rub and the mild. Wings were perfectly cooked and BIG. Fries were mixed sized fries so the larger cut ones were a little under done. The seasoning on the fries was great as always. Took a little while to get our order but ate in so have a bit to just relax. Would have been nice if the tvs were both on. Wet wipe packs being available would have been helpful as having to go to the single sink bathroom with messy hands was a hassle.

We placed a large lunch order today for our office. It was personally my first experience with Wingstop and I/we were not disappointed. We ordered online and the food was being packaged when we arrived. Meal presentation was clean and appetizing, the portions were pleasing. Our team of 9 were happy! We’ll definitely return. Thank you for being your best at what you do Wingstop (Martinsburg).

I was told it would take 30 minutes but I waited for a hour. You could tell they were busy but they were working hard to get orders out and not complaining. It was an all male staff and they were very kind and friendly so I couldn’t even be mad about waiting. They forgot my fries but quickly made them. My food was made exactly how I requested it. Having kind staff goes a long way!

Love wing stop but straight up this location needs improvements and management needs to sharpen up on their training. You need to teach and train your employees on customer service. This is non-negotiable. You are in the customer service industry . This location also is out of ice 2 times now and has no ice at all, nor a sign to let their customers know

Great customer service, prompt turnaround time.
The food was well cooked. Fries and wings were crispy and loaded with sauce.
Only a few guys in the kitchen were working, and they were rolling the orders out. Great job guys!
