I filed a complaint via the app to report moldy bread on my whoppers and excessive amounts of mayonnaise. In retaliation I was advised my account was banned as they have issues with the photos I shared. I no longer can order using the app and I lost my rewards points I accumulated. I don’t really care cause I can create another account with a different email and phone number. What annoys is me is I have never reported an issue before and the first time I report an issue this is how burger king’s customer service handles it. Anyways I filed a report with the bbb. I’m out $20, clearly burger king needed that $20 more than me.

I only had to go there once to decide to go back. The lady who served us was very kind and patient, and even gave me options for my meal. I appreciated the customer service, and I truly believe they make better hamburgers.

Terrible experience. I ordered a whopper jr with no tomato and 4 piece nugget. The burger came with ketchup and tomato. Literally nothing else. Fries were brown and nasty and the nuggets weren’t nuggets at all. My 2 yr old son bit into one a hot cheese came out. So thanks for that. People working there also look like they dont practice proper hygiene.
