We stopped on a Sunday night. It wasn’t very busy so we ate at the bar. The service was just the right speed for us the relax and enjoy dinner.

I kept hearing about this location on the radio. The sis in law and I met up for a Sunday meal. Being peak leave season near the Kettle Moraine area I mad a reservation. When doing so I inquired about the Sunday brunch and wasn’t sure that was a fit. The lady I talked to on the phone assured me that I could either order from the menu or do the brunch. I thought that was amazing… so we went. This place is actually really adorable. The brunch wasn’t what we were looking for… it was a nice offering but not for us. We had acquired beverages and been sat when the hostess was asked about a menu she said they only offered brunch. Our waitress on the other hand did convince the kitchen to make us the burrata that I had been looking forward to trying. I think I would probably try this place again when they are not doing brunch to try more of the actual menu. Thanks to our lovely server for getting things together for us!

Charming “supper club”-type atmosphere with delicious bites! The cheese curds were some of the best I’ve tried. Outside, there’s a beautiful patio by a creek and a lovely garden so the flowers. Aside from the food and ambiance, I’d say the best part of our experience was the service from Shirley. Even though she was clearly stretched very thin servicing multiple tables as a one-woman team, she was incredibly cheerful and attentive. We came towards closing time and she never rushed us. I appreciated her giving me good tips on the food and recommending the chowder, which was absolutely delicious.

Great food. Kitchen opens at 4 on Saturdays, so if you arrive before that plan on drinking with the locals for awhile. Which is also a good time.

You must visit Beaver Tail Food & Spirits! Our dinners were prepared with care and expertise, everything was amazing. You most definitely will not leave hungry. Our waitress Lisa was also fabulous. She was very attentive to everyone’s needs at my table and her company and conversation was an added bonus! If you are looking for a great meal, great atmosphere, great cocktails and great service, Beaver Tail should be your first choice. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Sean, Lisa and staff for making our evening so enjoyable. We will most definitely return for another great evening!

Really charming place to eat. The brunch had a good variety and had some great highlights like prime rib carving station and the scrambled eggs were well seasoned real eggs (lately, I’ve only had powdered, watery tasteless eggs at buffets). There little selections of desserts was really good as well. Service staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Can’t wait to try them again for dinner next.

The Beaver’s Tail is a true local gem! Their beer selection is fantastic with cold pours for everyone. The wings are an absolute must—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Save room for dessert; the sweet treats are a perfect finish. A top-notch spot!

They have done an amazing job keeping an old building still moving into the future. I remember this place as the old fin and feather and they were amazing but still lacked something. I truly feel they found it in a rebranding, from the amazing food to the exceptional waitresses to the all around atmosphere and drinks. If your in the area make this a must stop.

Went there on a Wednesday, they had pizza for half-price. We had fries, nachos, and 2 pizzas and it was under $50!
Nachos were decent, the fries were crispy and well-seasoned, but the pizzas were disappointing. The crust was very good. It was crisp, but with a nice chew (almost like a NY crust). The cheese, however, was burnt and the sauce had an odd flavor.
Service was good, and everyone was friendly.
Also a decent atmosphere. Maybe it was just an off-night? I once ate at their other restaurant and everything I had that time was good.
I would definitely give it another chance. We may have just ordered the wrong thing.

Love this place! Great food, good drinks. Nice location. Great pizza and burgers! Haven’t had anything I didn’t like. Can’t wait until Thre Twisted Pair opens back up.
