2nd time ordering after a bad first experience. Got the notification that my order was on its way. I waited 30 minutes downstairs before I called and got told it will go out right now but has 1 stop before?! I felt bad for the delivery driver Oscar so I still tipped. Then received a coupon for half off next order. Why would I want to order again?? Management is horrible. I’d recommend a different pizza place for anyone.

Ordered a pizza last night at 7:44pm and didn’t receive it until 9:20pm. I called the store around 8:50 to check my order because according to the app it was still in the oven. The person over the phone was rude- mentioning how they felt bad because other people were waiting? Stating that “that’s just how things are” when asking about discount due to pizza sitting on the shelf for over an hour he said “no it just doesn’t work like that”? Delivery driver was apologetic- pizza was also missing toppings. I get it things happen. Short staff whatever but at least accommodate and take accountability.

After waiting 2 over hours we had the confirmation that our delivery was on its way. Then 20 minutes later we got an email telling us it’s been canceled. Call the store, nobody answers. What a pathetic operation. Dominoes, do better.

I ordered a 16 piece Parmesan bread bites with my rewards on the Domino’s app. I go there to pick it up. I get home. They screwed up. My order gave me somebody else’s order and when I called them, they were not very happy to help me because I did carry out so they won’t deliver it to me because I did carry out and I was already at home. So I say if you have somebody else’s food and they screwed up, they won’t do nothing for you except forgive you your credit back on your profile if you have an account with them. This will be the last time I go to this place for Carrie. I’ll just do delivery for now on. Attached is a photo of the food I did not get and the receipt next to it what I ordered so that you guys are aware of what you get

Went there tonight, ordered two large pizzas delux and axtrazaganza. The toppings were skimp, like the same amount they would put on a med pizza. There should be more toppings on a large for the price I payed. They had no onions and made my pizzas without onions without informing me so I could ask for more mushrooms or something. Got my pizza and they left out the Italian sausage. Went back inside to have it remade and that’s when I found out about the no onions. Asked them to put extra cheese since they had no onions. They said okay but when I got home there was no onions and no extra cheese and barely any other toppings for a specialty pizza. Inspect your pizza before you leave because they leave things out and don’t inform you them make your order wrong. Do better Dominos. This was supposed to be a large delux and a large extravaganza. All the pizzas look the same like they only know how to make one kind of pizza.

Customer service is awful. Waits are WAY longer than advertised. Stuff crust is only medium size (because that makes sense). You can’t call and cancel order because the wait on the phone is forever.

Staff are rude, including the general manager, and won’t take responsibility for their poor work and make it your problem to solve, ive been here many times and every time the pizza was either late to me having to wait 45 minutes to an hour longer than the estimated cook time. Recently, they just resort to throwing the pizzas around, and they dont care. Ive had a grw pizzas just come to me squiched to one side of the box because they just threw it on the shelf where it probably fell on its side and sat for the hour I wated to receive it. When asking for assistance, employees will get snotty with you and / or ignore you until you give them enough trouble to care. Dont buy from here.

I used to praise the West Fargo, ND Domino’s as the greatest place for pizza and happily gave it 5 stars. Over the last few months the quality has been deteriorating. After the rude response from Lance (assistant manager at Domino’s in West Fargo, ND) when I called to say my brownie/cookie was burnt I have decided I cannot support the West Fargo, ND Domino’s any longer. My pizza had raw dough for a crust and I was given a cold, hard, burnt dessert. The dessert was always warm, soft and delicious when ordered in the past.

Often messes up the order late at night. Sometimes calls the wrong name when the order is done. Had the audacity to say I missed him calling my name when I watched him put my lava cakes in my box & dust them with sugar. I waited 17 minutes when it said it was ready before I even left, 3 other people who were here before me were still there when I left.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars within the starting from 12 months ago, here at this establishment and I’ve finally been compelled to write this review. Believe me when I say every single order I have received in the last 12 months was wrong. That’s probably 8-10 times. I’ve never asked for store credit or called them back thinking maybe I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve done pick up orders, I’ve asked for delivery, and there is incompetence throughout. I have worked in this industry for several years and I would’ve canned most of these employees. There are no excuses. From front till employees not knowing how to give back correct change, from phone operators not knowing where they are located or knowing the area of their own store, from items missing, toppings missing, clearly burnt pizzas, un-sauced wings, literally the worst ever imaginable stuff happens here and will continue to happen unless you stop ordering here for good. I mean this in the kindest way possible, save your money folks. Photos attached of my recent purchase:
