He got the honey ham sammy & waffle fries. I got the Frisco melt with sweet potatoe fries.
I wish I was informed the fries had cinnamon/sugar mixture on them. They were good but I wasn’t expecting a dessert fry. No info on the menu about them. I told the cashier we had never been before. The Frisco melt was really juicy & the bread was crisped nicely. The Patty really needed salt & pepper SO BAD but none were available at our outdoor table or inside by the napkins.
We got zero napkins with our two meals. That was unfortunate as I had to run in to find them.
It was awkward sitting at the one table outside as there was 2 women sitting inside behind the window and it felt as if we were on display while chewing some messy sandwiches lol. They both kept trying to look away when we would look up from our food but you can feel someone staring at you, specially from 12 inches away.
The staff was polite. It was a bit confusing when we walked in as it appeared part store, part Sandwich shop & part ice cream/coffee shop? Like they really crammed it all in which is impressive but, unless your familiar with the place, it feels like your sweapt through with an expectation you’ve done this before.
After you look around and try to not get ran over by the customers rushing around and staff buzzing through, you order at the counter & receive a number to set at your table. There was no seating inside and only the one table outside. The weather was beautiful out and I have never been downtown Marysville but, it was really nice.
Would try again but, maybe for take out!
My son said the pickles on the honey ham was way too spicy for his liking but we may have missed where it said they. He took them off and ate it just fine. He said the fries needed a touch of salt. Salt and pepper go a LONG way! If you don’t want to put it on, provide it, please & thank you!
The kitchen brought out a breakfast bowl and I told the guy that is not what I ordered. We explained what I ordered and he said they don’t make that platter any more and we said we knew that but ordered al a carte as it was listed on the menu! He said they could do that.
The food he finally brought out was cold.
As we were leaving, the cook (i guess) yelled out to us that he was comping part of the order. We said don’t bother, it’s ok.
We gave them several visits and they screwed up half the time. Not going back
