I made a stop at this location last week, coming from Santa Fe to Abq – I picked up my order and cc when I got home, I noticed it was incorrect – called them and spoke to the manager/supervisor, Monique, she was very kind and very efficient – I could not go back that night, so she made sure, I could come back when I was able to – I went in today and she personally helped me – KFC give this young lady a raise and recognition!! I also want to say, give her team recognition as well, because they are very friendly and look like they are working very hard!

Did an online order, it said it was ready on the app. I get there and there’s 7-8 cars in line. So I decide to get down and pick up my order instead as my son had to be in practice. The doors were locked. I couldn’t wait in line as they were helping one car at a time literally. Since I ordered on line I asked for my refund back and they couldn’t help me. They said I had to wait till I was contacted but that he didn’t know how long it would take for them to contact me for my refund. They took my money and I still have no food. This is unacceptable!!

My order was missing three sides andI didn’t check until I was on the freeway. I had to wait till the next exit to turn back around and go get my sides just for them to still only give me two of the three I was missing and on top of it. They didn’t even offer to upgrade my sides to a large or anything to say the least I won’t be going back there Again.

Worst KFC location. I had 4 different orders over the course of a few months. Every single order was wrong or had issues. Sometimes no drinks will come, sometime entire meals are missing, sometimes both. One delivery driver called me after he waited at the location for 45 minutes and apologized to me. He said they were extremely rude to him and said he would have to wait as long as they needed him to. (No other customers were at the store). My most recent order had an entire combo missing, and the chicken breading was soggy. I will never go here again 🙂 I recommend you don’t either.

All my pieces of chicken had broken bones and bone fragments in the pieces. There were bone fragments in my bucket too. They could kill someone! Very rude girl taking our order. I waited for about 25 minues to have my order taken, then another 30 to get my food. All to just to be treated bad by the staff. When I got home I realized they gave me chicken with bone fragments in the bucket and bones sticking out of the pieces, so half of my family didn’t eat it. I’m a local in the area and we used to love getting a quick meal here. Unfortunately that has changed because of the bones and we will take our business elsewhere, as well as not recommending this place to visiting friends and relatives. Very disappointed.

I ordered the 8-piece family meal with two sides of mashed potatoes. Instead, I received two sides of gravy, and both containers were filled close to a quarter of the way practically empty same with the coleslaw. The chicken selection wasn’t great either: three of the pieces were wings with any meat. I specifically asked for crispy, but what I got seemed to be crispy that turned slightly soggy.
I paid $35, and honestly the only thing I really enjoyed were the sides (though I still had to make more gravy at home). For that reason, I can only give the food a 1 out of 5. Miss the good days when we had food made with consideration.

Once again! I get chicken and end up with a bucket of chicken scraps ! I asked for no wings just drums and thighs even if it’s an up charge! But! I got 4 wings! Hence! Church’s chicken is where I should have gone for actual chicken not the parts that should be thrown away. ! Waste of time and money!
