If you ever want a full portion of food from panda express. Walk into the restaurant and place your order to go. You will get a nice and heavy portion. But if you don’t care about portions go through the drive thru. Food is usually like warm and I enjoy my food nice and hot. So I pop it in the microwave when I get home to enjoy some good takeout

I give Panda Express a 9/10 because the food was fresh and full of flavor. The orange chicken was perfectly crispy with a sweet tang, the fried rice tasted light and not greasy, and the service was quick and friendly. The portions were generous for the price, and everything came out hot. I liked how clean the dining area was too, which made the whole meal more enjoyable. It’s a reliable spot when I want something fast that still feels like real comfort food without being too heavy.

Why is it so hard to operate this company properly! If you call to have things prepped an made before you run out of shit! Instead of waiting till you run out to call to have more stuff made maybe then you wouldn’t have a line out the door an a bunch of pissed off people! I watched the super greens a sweet fire sit empty for 15 mins before they called to have more made. It should of been called for as soon as it started to run low ♂️ ♂️

i came through the drive-thru and was greeted in the most sarcastic way possible, he said thank you SOOOOOO much for choosing panda blah blah blah, ignored me the whole time i ordered my food i personally assume to talk crap about how he doesn’t care what i’m saying with the headset turned off. i know these type of ignorant people. anyways i ordered a bowl with honey walnut shrimp and he said they were out and i would have to wait 3-5 minutes for a fresh batch. now for the window. i get there and it takes them a minute to come to the window. i get it they’re pre-closing. when she gets there she’s mumbling, can’t understand anything to says so i just hand her my phone to pay. she comes back and hands me my receipt and phone back and mumbles again anyways it doesn’t take 3-5 minutes for me to get my food it takes 10 minutes and IT WAS COLD AND TASTED STALE. i’m so upset bc that meal was $12+ and i got the rangoons too and guess what… cold and gross. but i had to get my kids and couldn’t go back. terrible customer service and that’s coming from a server.

My biggest complaint about any Panda Express is that they are terrible at greeting people. The food is just OK to me. It’s not very fresh unless you happen to be there when they bring out a new batch. On a positive note, the portions are fairly good. Unless you get the Honey Walnut Shrimp. It’s a $1.50 up-charge. I think if they’re going to charge you extra, they should give you the same portion as anything else that you get, but they don’t. It’s a smaller portion. In my picture, I did not get the Honey Walnut Shrimp, but I usually do. I guess I was hungry that day and wanted full portions.

Manager on duty was very rude about breaking a large bill. She tried to lie and say they didn’t have the cash in the store to cash it, yet handed me exact change in the largest denominational breakdown possible, very quickly when I explained that I know darn well they had change for the bill and that there was nothing posted about not taking large denominations of money. When I got home there was a bone in my chicken. Other than that the food was okay but I doubt I will return- I don’t want to have to argue to make a purchase somewhere and don’t want to choke trying to eat it.

Finally had enough. NOT going back. Ice machine broke again, so soda pop was warm, vegies undercooked, always out of food items. Going elsewhere to support local.
