So I normally come to dunking before I come to work. I ordered a Shaken expresso and normally the coffee is fine here but today it tasted like absolute disgust and trash . I had to dump it out because it was the most horrible thing iv3 ever tasted.

I ordered a medium black coffee with cream hot. It took over 5 minutes to receive it with nobody else in the store and one car in drive thru picking up. when I got my coffee in the car and opened the lid as I was at my destination, it appeared white in color. One sip told me it was hot water with cream. this was a total waste of time stopping, going inside, waiting for someone to acknowledge me, take my order, wait on my order only to receive hot water with cream. This is unacceptable! I would give zero stars if it was an option. Go to Biggby a few stores over-excellent coffee and service. I wanted to give this Dunkin another chance. no more.

The owner/Manger Henry is his name they change the prices because he have to buy the supplies for the matcha and he up the prices on me in 2 weeks and when I go to other Dunkin’s they never change the price I know he’s on some scammy stuff because on the receipt he has local item instead of what it is I’m being charged for 1 drink was almost 10 and when I get two last week it was $11.32 y’all get the point

I’ve order this on 3 different occasions, hoping to get a different result but they are always burnt. I was super excited to get my ham and cheese croissant from Dunkin’ because I prefer Dunkin’ over Starbucks, but unfortunately I’m just going to go back to Starbucks. Looking for a one stop shop in the morning for my coffee and food. I’m sure these are super yummy if they are cooked right. I’ll try one more time in a couple weeks, maybe the staff will be better trained on handing out burnt food.

Edit: a few months later, i still frequent this location. Tried the cookie butter cold brew and the loaded hashbrowns… they were amazing!! Definitely try them!!
I love coming to dunkin, definitely better than the biggby a few plazas down. My only complaints are my iced coffee is never the same (I always order the same thing, it just gets made different everytime, apparently.) And to stir the iced coffee! I shouldn’t have to try and stir it in my car, when it’s so full.

The workers took so long. No one was in line and I had to wait for over 5 mins just to order. Then they took my cash and had to wait even longer for them to fix that. Do not recommend. The service is terrible.

Up charging for drinks that no other dunkin charges for because you want the customer to pay for your supplies. Drinks tasting watery. An employee told me out of their own mouth Harry doesn’t want me to make your drink like that. Harry is the problem. Anytime he is in the store the drinks don’t taste right and are not made how requested. Will never return to this Dunkin as long as Harry is there. This was the best location before he took over. Only gave 1 star because 0 was not an option. Do not recommend this dunkin.
