Overall good experience. The sandwich was good. I was asked about being a rewards member. I was not one. I asked if it would save me money and if I could join. He said, yes and that I could join next time because I have to do it from my phone. Strange policy to ask but not push for the enrollment. Also, both the sweet and unsweetened tea tasted off.

We order every sunday a group pack of 30, this sunday we were shorted, they were quick to bring back the mistakes. But also we did not receive the mayo and mustard packets that are on the receipt. This is my 2nd decent mistake. The first time we ordered online, went through the drive thru and still waited over 20 min parked for our 3 subs. I went in to ask after waiting and they had to ask my name for the 3rd time and were mopping and not making the sandwiches. We were the last people there waiting.

I love Jimmy John’s but I highly recommend avoiding this location. I arrived, asked for a water cup, and ordered my go to little John sandwich, without onions of course. To my surprise the total was nearly 10 dollars. I was surprised but I didn’t think anything of it and moved on.
Then, I received my sandwich, and of course it was the wrong kind. I looked at the receipt, and I was charged for a medium fountain drink, but I had never received the cup nor had I requested one, and there was a random surcharge that did not apply to my order at all. It almost seems as if the management of this location is intentionally up charging the customer. Oh well, I moved on and while in my car I took a bite of my sandwich, and of course, there were onions, the one thing I did not want. Not only was it the wrong sub completely, but the ingredients tasted old and I did it feel comfortable eating the sandwich. It should also be mentioned that the teen workers were very unhelpful, as when I had informed them that I had received the wrong sub, they just shrugged me off and went back to chatting.
Overall I am highly disappointed in this establishment and I would suggest everybody of the same as me and STAY AWAY!

Not like other Jimmy John’s. I always place my order on the app so the sandwich should be made correctly. But it’s not. No extra turkey. Such a small amount of avocado that I only tasted in one bite. Service really slow ( I arrived 5 min after placing my order and they hadn’t even started my sub) but it wasnt busy and plenty of employees. It’s really unfortunate that it’s not like other JJ in speed and accuracy.

Have not filled a delivery order correctly yet. And in person isn’t much better. I thought I’d be nice and give them 3 chances. Never again! How do you forget bacon on a BLT, or ham on a ham sub. Drivers are friendly though.

Sub was great. I haven’t been to a JJ in a really long time, but I definitely see myself coming back in the future. The night staff also have a really good taste in music, all 70s and 80s rock

Do not eat here. I ordered 3 times for pickup and everytime the sandwich was screwed up and not how I had customized it in the app. Every single time it had tomatoes when I selected NO TOMATOES and another time it had the tomatoes when I still selected no tomatoes and was also missing all the extras i added like onions and mustard like what the heck guys come on? Theres something wrong with their order system or something online. Also I got extremely sick after eating here and did not see proper sanitary conditions being met behind the counter which I think is why I got sick, someone not being sanitary in the kitchen. Eat at the JJ’s in sheboygan and save yourself the diarrhea and food poisoning please.
