This place NEVER has anything ready. 15 minute wait no matter what you order. What do they do all day, if not make pizza? Employees are rude and I have heard racial slurs from them while ordering inside with my biracial family. I hate this place and I dont understand how it isnt shut down.

If I could give it zero, I would, the girl took my order, took my money did not say a word and walked off. I stood there for 15 minutes only to realize after a shift manager walked up and said that the pizzas were in the hot box that was directly behind her at which time I pointed out that I was waiting for the food. Everyone looked confused, except for the little girl who took my order, she thought it was funny when I asked to speak to the GM they tried to send me someone else I insisted and then the GM just looked confused When I told her what she did the GM does not need her job. Honestly, none of the employees in the store seem to care the customer service at this location sucks

I am once again a fan of this franchise and this store in particular; but the location is at a very heavily trafficked area especially at rush hour…hence 4 stars. Super friendly service and consistently made pizzas…you can build one and there’s thin crust without skimping on ingredients! The pretzel crust pizza should be outlawed–It’s so good, but eat bites of salad to keep the arteries flowing! It’s my go to pizza place again! Special thanks to (Hunter) whose super friendly demeanor makes it a joy to come back . Keep up the good work!

I will be contacting corporate because an employee named Emily is running off customers. Emily told us you can’t place an order for the pretzel crust pizza after 8pm. We had to drive to another location to place our order, and ask them whats going on this location. The location was not closing for hours. So, that’s not the reason. This is not just a disservice, but disrespectful. I will be communicating this to corporate, and on different platforms on social media. I am not slandering anyone, just exposing what we were subject to at this location.

The wait was long almost 25 minutes for hot and ready pizzas, the pizzas were close to being burnt. There were not enough employees for as busy as they were on a Friday night. The cashier was getting frustrated and almost cried. The employees needed help.

It is always hit or miss with Lil Caesars. This time was no different. The pepperoni stuffed crust was hot and fresh, but the crust was doughy and soggy, maybe a little under cooked. The girl that took my order was very nice.

Spent 20 minutes making the order on the app to have it say we couldn’t place it. Then why let us build it? We called to place it over the phone. The guy told me they don’t take order the last 30 minutes. Unbelievable.
