When I order on the app, and select that I want a Regular Baja Blast freeze through DoorDash I expect for the workers at Taco Bell to give me what I paid and ordered. I am highly unsatisfied, disappointed. That Taco Bell on Lima Rd had been disappointing me for the last serval time I’ve have order from there. Whether it online or in store. All those workers never have a smile, they have a face impression that they don’t like working at Taco Bell. I’m never going back to this Taco Bell ever again. All they do is just disappoint their customers. I recommend either choosing a different Taco Bell or better yet a different fast food restaurant

Horrible, horrible experience! I ordered two bean burritos with lettuce and extra onions, easy on the red sauce. I don’t know who assembled them but they were an absolute train wreck! I only got to eat about half of my first one because the tortilla they made this burrito with was dry and terribly ripped, not to mention about 95% beans, so as soon as I picked it up and took a bite, it tore in half and the burrito splattered onto my wrapper. There was no way to eat it without a spoon and we’d already left the area, so I was just out of luck.
The second burrito, I assumed, was a joke. Whoever assembled it didn’t distribute the toppings throughout the burrito. What teeny tiny bit of lettuce there was was put on one end and all the onions were put on the other, so when you took a bite, you just got a mouthful of onions. When you reached the other side, all you got was a pitiful dab of lettuce. Why on earth would someone assemble it that way? It really seemed purposeful. All in all, this lunch was pretty much a total waste of money and the message it sent was Taco Bell doesn’t give a flying hoot about their customers. Never coming back to this location!

Today I ordered a number 13 for the menu. I tried to pay with cash, but the lady at the counter didn’t know how to use the computer at all. Of course no one was able to help her so I waited patiently. She still couldn’t figure it out after almost 5 min. So I told her I was going to order on the app and left. Disappointing at best

3 Doritos locos is the simplest of meals and my 5 yr old could do better than this….When fast food prices are at an all time high, a lot of times even higher than a sit down restaurant, one would expect a little bit more of care when making your food….this particular Taco Bell is giving all others a bad name….very sad indeed.

Yes Yes Yes…. I work late nights and a lot of times I end up at this location late in the evening and I’m sure my order isn’t always fun to make but this locations night crew is amazing they always make my food so good and I’m never waiting long and the girl with the blonde hair at the window is always so nice way to go guys Good job!

Went through drive thru around 8pm. I ordered 2 lux boxes 4 cheesy rice and bean burritos and 3 soft shells. My chalupas were hard, i didn’t get my nachos and a burrito. I got home to find out others burritos were also wrong. My drinks were only 2/3 full.

Humans refuse to take your order inside. I already did my job this week, I don’t need to do other people’s jobs too. Left and went down the road to a different Taco Bell and got great customer service and someone to take out order. Won’t be going back to this location ever.

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in 5-6 years, and rightfully so. I visited this location last evening around 8 pm and the attendant was extremely rude and curt. Food was mediocre at best and overpriced for the value received. Exterior of building and lot was filthy and signage dim and faded. Chao Taco Bell.
