So my wife wanted to pick up a dozen donuts this morning for all the lady’s at work like she does on a lot of days we’ll this is the second time we have stopped in there right before 6 and they still did not have any donuts ready then the lady was very rude about it. So we went to the other tim’s across town. Do better Tim Hortons.

This USED to be a place we visited a few times a week. We went today and found a whipped cream cap in the middle of our iced capp. The order taker for the drive-thru was extremely rude as well. You have lost our business. Looking at some of the older reviews for this location, this whipped cream cap in drinks seems to be a common issue. They obviously don’t care about the safety of their customers!!

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews but after being disappointed time and time again I hope it can be beneficial. This location is truly awful. The employees are incredibly rude (except a dark haired young man usually at the window, he is very kind!) They make it seem like they don’t have any time to answer any sort of questions, only trying to get the customer out. In the past I’ve had an issue with mobile ordering 30 minutes before picking up because I knew it would take awhile, and still having to wait. Every single time, even when it was slow business. As well as every time I order an iced coffee it is usually never made correctly at all. I always wait to make sure my extras creams and sugars are rang up on the screen, but more times then others I don’t believe they read it when making it. This morning for example, I received two sausage breakfast sandwiches that were so cold the cheese wasn’t melted one bit as well as a Brown Butter cold brew with cold foam, that I ordered with 3 creams and 3 sugars with cold foam that when I got it had absolutely no cream or sugar, and for some reason they put whipped cream on top of it? I threw all of it away and wasted a fair amount of money for the last time. I always give this location a chance because of it’s convenience for me but I’m tired of paying too much money to not even get what I’ve ordered. I hope they employees can work on take their time to make sure the orders are correct, the food is warm and and they’re kind at the window and counter because I’m sure most of us don’t mind waiting a little longer to get our moneys worth.

This location is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to DoorDash. I’ve had orders for the last three weeks in a row delivered with half my items and this last one was not even my order. I ordered multiple items including a drink and they brought me Timbits and nothing else. I am done with this awful branch. DO NOT order through DoorDash (actually their mobile app) because this branch will not get it right. My dasher even said that TH is one of the worst to companies to dash for. Tried calling the branch and nobody answered and no voicemail set up. Please stop wasting your money here

Service: once entered i was looking at the menu, and no employees came to register my order, ten minutes came by still no employees until one employe did, inferring that she didnt hear me walk in while I kept asking at the front desk if anyone was there.
