I rarely leave reviews, but after several incidents over time I feel obligated to warn others about the Berry Street location.
We continued going there out of convenience because it’s right off the exit before our house, but every visit seems to come with another issue involving orders or payment. At this point we’re done and will not be returning.
One incident involved our debit card being kept after payment. When we asked for it back, the staff insisted it had already been returned. After searching our car and home for days, I went back to the store to speak with a manager, only to find out they actually did have the card. Around that same time, a second charge appeared for another meal that we never purchased. I attempted to resolve it but was directed to go through the “Hello Cane’s” support process, which involved multiple steps and ultimately we never received our money back.
On another visit, our card was double charged. The manager acknowledged it may have been accidentally run twice, but again the refund process went nowhere.
Tonight was the final straw. We arrived home to find part of our order missing. The only options offered were to either drive back tonight for cash or once again go through the Hello Cane’s system, which based on past experience has not resulted in any resolution.
Mistakes happen in any business. What’s concerning here is the pattern and the apparent lack of a reliable process to correct billing issues when they occur.
I strongly encourage corporate or regional management to take a serious look at what’s happening at this location. In the meantime, customers should check their receipts and bank statements carefully if they choose to visit.
Unfortunately, after multiple billing issues and unresolved refunds, we won’t be returning.

I did not have any food but drinks were provided for our staff appreciation event & the lemonade & tea both were delicious. The staff at this location is amazing. Audrey knows customer service!!!
