I recently ordered a pizza for carryout. I got it home to discover that one of the toppings was left off. When I called the store to ask about it, I was told they would look up my order. I was then placed on hold and hung up on after 11 minutes. I tried unsuccessfully talking to Domino’s Pizza online but no one has replied. I don’t think I’ll be eating Domino’s again since they are incapable of good customer service or reading orders correctly.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered my food at 3. Went to quality check at 3:25. Waited until 4:45 until I finally called and canceled. Know that that means? My “quality” food set under a heat lamp for an hour, and they were going to charge me full price for old food. Called first time and said they were understaffed. Second time and they basically knew I was calling to cancel. Maybe make people ordering online aware of the staffing issues? That your online tracker isn’t working for this store at all??
Easily could have went with the two other chains and not had this horrid experience. Last time ordering from this “new” location they can’t even staff. It’s genuinely insane this location is less then 6 months old and this horribly managed.

Owners need to do better, 2 people working on a Saturday. More than 20 minutes to get a sandwich in the oven is ridiculous, lady at the windows was hateful. At least if you’re short staffed be nice about it. More staff is needed at this location!!!

The 5 star reviews are employees, trying desperately to pump up the score. That should tell you how horrid this place is. Watched it get built for close to a year, it’s about 3 minutes from my house…. I’d rather go across town to get pizza from the other Domino’s. Who runs this location? It is the worst managed franchise I have EVER SEEN. I hope it closes soon and something actually reliable takes the location, since it’s convenient. Only go here if you wanna wait 3 hours for cold pizza.

Worst experience of my life. Placed an order to pickup on my way home from work as a special treat for my kids. From first glance it looked good(cheese pizza with Parmesan and asiago) I get home we sit down to eat and my son finds sausage and card board slices under his cheese on his pizza Thank goodness he didn’t eat it, it was sharp and could’ve cut his throat. They gave me a refund, but we are utterly disgusted over this and we will be contacting corporate. They desperately need new staff and managers. We won’t ever be back!
