Date night took us to Moravian Park in Sterling Heights. Just one of the many spots you can catch Agave serving up fresh ingredients with bowls, burritos & tacos acting as a host to all these flavorful ingredients.
I love corn, add some jalapeños & that killer truck sauce, this guy is hooked.
The steak quesadilla didn’t disappoint. Gooey cheese melted between crisp tortillas served w a fresh made pico.
The taste of Agave bowl, cilantro lime rice, beans, chicken, steak, pineapple salsa, shredded lettuce, corn & that truck sauce was win for 15$

Could not accommodate shellfish allergy while selling shrimp. Stated they could not avoid cross contamination. Please avoid this food truck if you have a shellfish or shrimp allergy. Everything is made on the same Blackstone, together. This was stated by the employee working. 0/10 and would not recommend due to unsafe food handling and cross contamination.

AMAZING! Authentic and some of the best Mexican cuisine I’ve tasted in a long time! The Fajita Quesadilla was one of my favs! I added grilled chicken to it but they have the option to add any protein. If you’re looking to have a food truck at your next event or in your subdivision definitely give Kevin a call! He is down to earth and easy to work with.

Had the citrus chicken taco’s. They were absolutely amazing. Packed with so much flavor and yumminess. Three very good size tacos packed full of shredded chicken. Highly recommend Agave and Lime.

These guys have mastered Taco Tuesday the quesadillas are amazing and the salsa is perfection. Food the whole family can enjoy, our two year old couldn’t get enough. Highly recommend! These guys are great, best food truck around!
