I feel like I’ve given this Dunkin a lot of grace when it comes to mistakes with orders and how long it takes to get your items, but this has crossed the line. I ordered a refresher for myself and two others. I drove away and got to my destination. I look in my drink and there is a decomposing fly that had obviously been in the mix for a while. This makes me question the food safety of this location. I issued a report with the Dunkin app but never heard anything from this specific location about it. I don’t like bad mouthing businesses but this is a health concern.

I am very upset with this Dunkin. Staff is so judgmental over peoples orders, how much cream, sugar, or even how much food a person orders and the stand there and judge a customer. My husband and I are very pissed. Not even acknowledging that customers are there inside the store. How they can’t even apologize like I didn’t hear you say it. Like seriously! Not even the judgment but when I got my food some of our hash browns were under cooked and my English muffin never got toasted. You want to talk about the worst Dunkin experience we ever had.
Thomaston is a lot better than this place. Good customer service, good on getting food right, tells customers to have a good day or even smiles.

This was the most disgusting business I have ever experienced. Had to use the bathroom and wanted a dunkin coffee. No problem, walk inside, place is absolutely filthy, lock on the bathroom is broken, and has likely been that way for a WHILE. OK get in line and wait. What do you do when you wait? You start looking around. Flies everywhere, literally EVERYWHERE. All the signage is dirty from flies landing on them. I waited in line for 10 minutes. When I got to the counter, I was asked twice what I wanted and was immediately ignored for other customers. As I continued to wait, I looked around and decided, I didnt need a coffee after all. If you have a strong immune system, up to date on all vaccines, and like 90s redemption center vibes for a Dunkin/ gas station combo with customer service that makes you want to go home and make your own pot of coffee, this is the place for you!

Absolutely filthy inside. Been here several times over the past few weeks and each visit is the same. The floors look they have never been cleaned. There is food and crumbs all over the appliances and floor. There are flies buzzing around in the kitchen area, crawling on the donuts, cups, surfaces, and in your face. Exceptionally long wait times, which gives ample opportunity to observe the staff not wash their hands or change gloves as they touch everything, from the register to the donuts to other items to cooking food. There are stains on things and sticky surfaces. The one positive here is the staff is mostly friendly, when they’re not yelling and fighting with each other during a rush

Not only today but on several other occasions have I gotten awful customer service, having my order grumbled at told “I’m not paid enough” and rolled eyes at. She was putting my munchkins in a container and started coughing, on purpose I’m not sure. I am really disappointed that this has happened now 3 times and to several of my coworkers

Pit stop on a road trip. Those are the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve had since the 80’s. Staff were warm, friendly, funny, helpful, and professional. Wish we had gotten more while we were there.

Longest lines; incompetent employees. I have gotten an in store refund plenty of times before today, and because they don’t want to give me a refund for the drink they don’t have they force me to “get a refund on the app” which literally doesn’t work. Support chat is down so now I’m out money that I won’t be getting back. Don’t waste your time or money at this establishment.

Drive thru is always 15 min slower than any other drive thru experience. You will wait and wait and wait; when you pull up to the microphone – instead of being greeted…you will wait in silence. Questioning whether it’s broken. Or if anyone is inside. the operation of this place is fundamentally the worst drive thru experience of any franchise, anywhere. Dunkin should revoke their licenses. And someone should open up Aroma Joe’s next-door, they would crush it.
